I came in this store first time, I took 4 cucumbers and I came on register at 9:45 Oh my God her lady was so rude and loudly on us then she did not cucumbers put in bag Rather, she told us that there is a bag behind you. We bagged it ourselves. Then I asked, does the customer make the bag by themselves ? She spoke more louder and said I don’t know what’s you said my sister told me just leave this store when we almost came out again she said get out from here… that’s kind of customer service here please let know then I realize this place is not nice . That’s happed tonight.

Terrible experience over the weekend. Store smelled bad as walking in, grouchy cashier guy gave a dirty look when we came in. Meat not fresh looking at all, went to buy a few things and your one and only cashier guy who was friendly to prior guest was rude and wouldn’t bag our groceries. I asked for a bag he said bags are behind me at another register to do it myself..never again..

Need cashier's to work registers lines to long over six to eight people wait in long lines to be checked out unacceptable.,need to greet customers coming in store

I went there just once while I was visiting friends for the Thanksgiving holiday, and it has nice things for reasonable prices and good quality especially socks which I bought a few of.

Just left this store and ive never felt so humiliated and embarrassed.I go in there to get the 3 for 5 pepsis and a few other items.I get to the front and all the lanes except 1 are marked as closed, so I go to the one that says it's open and unload my cart.After I unload the lady that's mopping then tells me "sorry this lane isn't open yet" so I start putting my stuff back in the cart to move to a different one, as I do so the lady at the register directly behind me then YELLS, literally YELLS at me that the sale for the soda doesn't start until Saturday.I was honestly so shocked that I didn't know how to respond, I felt so humiliated and embarrassed. I didn't do or say anything wrong, I was rude to anyone, but here I am being yelled at and treated like I did do something wrong.I was so shocked I just walked away and put my all my stuff back.I didn't want to buy anything after being treated that way for no reason.I knew there was a reason why I always hated shopping at save a lot and it's because of how rude and nasty the employees are. I've not been to a single save a lot that didn't have rude employees.I don't care how good a sale is I'll be continuing to stick with Aldi's because the employees are always so much nicer and the quality of product is way better than save a lot as well .
