I hate this nail salon. I've been coming here for years but this will be the last time they get any business from me. I don't recommend anyone coming here. The owners are rude Lisa is rude her husband Lee is rude. They don't listen to their customers. U try to tell them something you don't like and they argue back and forth with you instead of fixing the problem. I dnt recommend anyone going here. Try going to Chic Nails & Spa on Haven Dale i go there to get my nails done cause I refuse to allow Lee to touch me. I only come here for Niem to do my feet but I ended up with Lisa n she did a horrible job n told me nxt time request Niem. I hate this place & I wish Niem would take her business else where cause she they only reason people still come here

Very disrespectful visit. I asked for a fill in and French tips. They rushed my service and when I mentioned the French line was too thick and i wanted my nails filed down I was told they would not fix it and there was nothing they could do about the thickness. It's been 4 days and the white is chiiping and 1 nail is already lifting. They refused a second time to rectify. Will not give them anymore business

Brought my daughters in here and there and continued too yell and get loud with no patience do not recommend.

From the moment I walked in, the man (didn’t get his name) was very rude to me. He asked what I wanted, I showed him and sat down. He gets started and started being unprofessional. He yanked my finger towards him and told me to “relax it” instead of asking politely. He used old used files for my nails, he cut them all uneven and didn’t shape them properly. I tried to talk to him about it and he brushed me off. At this point I was too far in the leave so I allowed him to finish. he was very mean and rude throughout the whole thing. In the end I paid $60 for something I don’t like. My nails are thick, uneven and lumpy. Needless to say I definitely won’t be coming back, read reviews before going in

I had been going to this nail salon for about 10 years. Had good experiences up until recently. They submitted a charge to my bank card for more then what my bill was. Trying to charge $20 extra. I have proof of my copy of the receipt and have reported it as fraud. Never again will I go back. Don't do that to faithful customers. My business will go elsewhere.

The man in here is super disrespectful to the women who come in here I was just in there he yelled at two older women and was super rude/ disrespectful and he was rude to my girlfriend’s sister. Worst customer service and will be not coming back

The gentleman at the front is always rude! I won’t be back after this past time, and it’s a shame because the pedicures are amazing!

The owner/guy was not friendly. I was the first to arrive at open. Service was very slow- I wanted to get other services done but it took 1 1/2 hours so was not able too. For my pedicure, he has me sit, ran the water which was not warm. I said until someone else came in about 40 minutes later. I asked her could she put some hot water in, she said I was suppose to ask when it was first ran or tell them, which the guy didn’t even ask anything. I will not return. The ladies are nice but the guy is not friendly.

This place is awful!! I should've seen the one-star rating before going here since I was in the area. Terrible service. The rudest technician I ever met. Insulting other customers right to their face. The pics of what was asked for and what I got tell you all you need to know. Hopefully they won't be in Auburndale for long. Please don't waste your time or money on this place.

I went in today for a full set and a gel polish. The set should have been $28 and the Polish $20. Somehow I was charged $50, and I'm so disappointed. For $50, I expected way better quality. There was no cuticle prep, I have gell polish all around my nails on my skin and the Polish is see through in the sun. I'm so disappointed ?Service: Acrylic nails
