I just want to thank Chris for his outstanding service he provided me . I had my son who bought me a prepaid phone for Verizon but I wasn't able to activate it , I was told to go to the store.. Chris was outstanding.. he was patient, caring, friendly and activated my phone.. I just want to thank him.. he's in the auburndale store.. Nancy

I was treated unprofessionally. I was getting attended by another agent when butt it in cause I got asked if the person in the account is with me , cause they needed I’d from her, after doing this in 5 different occasions, it’s frustrating any way ( Amber Smith) was very rude and hostile and ended up kicking me out of the store , she was on the phone when I came in , so she most of had a bad day or the phone call was not pleasant cause she took out on me.

Yasmin H at the Auburndale location is AMAZING. She has the best personality and listened to what we wanted. So quick and painless. She will ALWAYS be our go to. That girl deserves a raise!!!!!

Amber was super knowledgeable with the technology of the phones and super in getting all transfer of data and settings to new iPhone and new Apple ID.We came to the closest store to son's college to get assistance with the new phone and son was more impressed with Amber service then when he has gone to any Apple store.

I keep receiving calls from this store with “special offers” after someone else on my account bought a phone from this store four years ago. No matter how many times I spell it out to them that I’m not the person they’re trying to call or that I live on the other side of the country and to leave me alone they just keep calling. And they use a different number each time which is incredibly questionable business behavior to prevent me from blocking them.

I came in store looking to leave Verizon, my bill was too high! I couldn’t take it anymore being retired. Hannah pulled up the account and saved us money with getting two new phones. She explained everything to us and was so nice. Our bill went from $222 to $143. We will be back to upgrade our phones with her from now on. This store has came a long way since the last time I was in here. I’m so Happy With the service i was given at this Verizon store. Thank you Hannah!

Worse experience ever at a wireless store. They are charging me $35 extra for programming my new iphone, (that’s something that an eight year old can do) however they tried to confused me by calling it activation fee. I told them to cancel my order and i would go to another store then they told me I’ll get a refund however I was got a called from their office and told me they’re going to investigate to see if i can get it back $ . DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE??????

If you come to this location only ask for John he the only one in this Store who knows how get things Done and take Care of a good customer. I when here a few weeks ago for a upgrade for my phone and I'm still having to deal with apps and phones numbers having to add them back to my new phone because the set up and Data transfer was not done correctly I also had to call a naviga. It was apple to get my apple music up and running on my own.

JEAN! Great service and encounter. I couldn't get my wife's iwatch 8 to work for the life of me. Jean couldn't quite get it done BUT with the help of technical services he got it done! All while leaving his call on speaker so I could follow along. Best experience I've had with yall in a long time. I don't come to the stores themselves much but I didn't have any choice. Happy wife, happy life. Thank you again Jean.
