The pharmacy seems disorganized under the current pharmacist's leadership. The pharmacist had difficulties entering a prescription called in the day before, prompting two visits to the store. Upon my 3rd visit arriving close to closing time did the pharmacist discover that the required medication was out of stock, and said I would have to come back another day.

Walgreens pharmacy help by filling a small script prescribed to me the same day, and my regular pharmacy closes on weekends. last minute, new patient or script, either way, Walgreens took me on and instantly filled my prescription

walgreens pharmacy in auburndale Florida totally sucks!! They don't get orders filled on time, rude staff and horrible call wait times. I've moved everything I can to mail order, the last few things I have to get there is always a major hassle. Avoid them if at all possible!!!!

This Walgreens has really gone downhill lately. 6+ hours for a simple prescription refill because of "short staffing". Also website and recording when you call says they close at 10 most nights but they are already closed at 9:00. Really disappointing. Do better Walgreens

The pharmacist on duty tonight completely lied about calling for my prescription transfer making me have to drive to another pharmacy in Lakeland. By the time I made it back to this location with the truth since Lakeland no longer had it with she was screaming at me through the drive thru window and threatening to call the police on me. Worst pharmacy experience in my life.

This store has the most ghetto and disrespectful staff members that need to be sent through customer service courses. This is twice that my husband has had APPOINTMENTS scheduled at this place to get his Covid-19 vaccine and both times the staff members have been rude. Also both times they have sent him away without apologizing for their mistakes. The first time they did not have the adequate staff member to provide the vaccine so why not cancel his appointment or communicate

SHODDY SYSTEM, WALGREENS. Have waited 3 days for a prescription refill, simple transfer from another pharmacy. Excuse after excuse. Was told refill was finally ready. When I arrived, man behind the counter said the insurance still hadn't been verified - though it had been 3 days - and it still isn't ready. I said that when I called the store, someone told me to come down and pick it up and he said, "Oh that's not us, that's our call service." So we drove down for nothing ...? He didn't seem particularly concerned that I was on the last dose of an anti seizure med I needed. Had the Rx transferred to another pharmacy.

When a customer has a deadly allergy and asks for management to move the scented pine cones or broomsticks to the backroom to keep from going into anaphylactic shock just to enter and shop and they tell you they aren't going to. Well let's just say I'll not waste my money here EVER again
