This Walgreens has really gone downhill lately. 6+ hours for a simple prescription refill because of "short staffing". Also website and recording when you call says they close at 10 most nights but they are already closed at 9:00. Really disappointing. Do better Walgreens

SHODDY SYSTEM, WALGREENS. Have waited 3 days for a prescription refill, simple transfer from another pharmacy. Excuse after excuse. Was told refill was finally ready. When I arrived, man behind the counter said the insurance still hadn't been verified - though it had been 3 days - and it still isn't ready. I said that when I called the store, someone told me to come down and pick it up and he said, "Oh that's not us, that's our call service." So we drove down for nothing ...? He didn't seem particularly concerned that I was on the last dose of an anti seizure med I needed. Had the Rx transferred to another pharmacy.

Cut the attitude in the pharmacy. Incompetent and rude. There is no need for this. Get trained staff or get out.

The WORST Walgreens I have Ever used. I have used Walgreens since the 90's. Different states included. This Store has The Worst Pharmacy employee customer service. They are Rude, Hang up on it's customer's! They Lie, Say the Pharmacy manager is not, The next he's on the phone? They call say medicine is ready, Then it's not, Will be ready in 2 hours, That was 3 days ago. The WORST Walgreens Store Ever!!!! Atty. Letter on it's way to Corporate. I'm done with them. My husband already moved his to Publix, I'm next this month. Not that they Care.

I’m very upset with this store. My doctor called in my prescription on Monday. I go to pick it up after 7 pm. I get there and it’s not really. So I said when would be ready and he replied after 3 pm on Tuesday. So I called around 5 pm and was told they had to order some more medicine and it would be ready after 3 on Wednesday. ( oh by the way this is medicine I need. It’s my Parkinson’s medicine). So once again I called after 5 pm on Wednesday and guess what? No medicin
