Lines everywhere but absolutely no one at scan and go and apparently your not allowed to use it anymore unless you use the app. I drive further to get to this walmart. That wont be happening anymore.

The Pharmacy professionals were absolutely amazing! They went over the top with making sure I was able to receive and afford my prescriptions. I will be recommending this location to others. I think "Shanika" is a name which stands out for excellent customer service..

Worse place Ever if you get injured. With torn tendons/and pain going into your fingers. Walmart will send you to a clinic. Where is the taking care of your employees ? ?

Self Check out should be for everyone. The Spark only check out line make other lines longer. I understand that you want to have a special area for Walmart plus members but when lines are super long and it is extremely busy it those four registers need to be open up for everyone else also. And why is it only this Walmart. The employees now have to do extra work to stop everyone from going to these four registers and says it’s only for Walmart plus members. Not only this is for to the customers, but also the employees because you’re putting more work on them when they could be helping other customers with other registers. They are bodyguard the four registers for Walmart plus members only. Self checkout is supposed to be easy breezy after you finish your shopping if everyone is at four lines with the total of 16 registers and you have about 50 people wanted to check out and there’s four extra The Walmart in Lakeland and winter haven doesn’t not have this. I will be talking to the store manager tomorrow and there will be update
