Jeremy, Julie, and their team are phenomenal. They have been caring for our pool for the last two years. During a regular service, our pool technician noticed some corrosion around the pool light. Jeremy gave me a call explaining the situation and explain it should still be covered under warranty. The light manufacturer dragged their feet a bit, but Jeremy never forgot about it. I finally received a call from the warranty service, and they literally said “well you have a great pool company taking care of you”. They were out the next day fixing the light. Pool Joy is awesome, they are always available for emergencies and stick to their promise of taking care of your pool. Highly recommend.

Pool Joy is amazing!! Customer service is the best I have experienced. Prompt, reliable service for a reasonable cost. I have tried other pool service companies who are unreliable, not responsive and try to rip you off when something needs fixed. Pool Joy is great! I would not use anyone else again to service my pool.

Trash. They missed invoicing me and have been consistently shorting my services for which I pay “Platinum”. I’ve watched them not brush the pool, mis-align chemicals “, film in my waterline tile, hardness issues for my $130k pool. I’ve been silent for some time, but when you get a nasty gram from Jeremy who somehow blames me for not paying some bill that is over a year old for which they never invoiced, I don’t want to do business with them either. I am a 25yr+ veteran of commercial real estate and deal with contractors daily, so I know from what I speak to. Don’t use them, they aren’t that good and like most people, I just have avoided trashing a local business as they are in my community and done so out of respect for small operators, but their time is up and there are better options at the price I’m paying.
