We only got to deal with the front desk secretary, which was awful. Very unprofessional, we are a military family, said out Tricare information was invalid, We had to go to another clinic! I recommend you drive a few minute and get a better experience than this place.

They take their time, they are helpful, and the doctor doesn't make you feel rushed. They are very accomodating to last minute appointments or illnesses.Update: I loved the doctors at this clinic but during Covid they treated people poorly. I have been going there for sinus issues for a few years before covid. I called in 2020 for my usual sinus issues and was told I can't come in and have to stay outside at the sidewalk for someone to come out. I took my business to another doctor who saw me without any ridiculous process.

Dr Musingo took my daughter right away, was very professional, and helped relieve her worries. Staff was very nice and the office was a pleasant place?

Tony the PA here is amazing and has the best personality of any medical provider I’ve ever met. He was thorough and spent time going over everything. The office is easy to get in touch with and scheduling is easy. The other staff are also very friendly and I think would highly recommend this clinic.

Staff is always clues less. Can’t wait for the new pediatric office to open up.

This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. The Doctor had been busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. The lady that took my initial information was terrific, he too made me feel like I was the first patient of the day. I loved visiting Mater Dei Clinic and knowing that they will be in the town near home.

This place is no longer the Braden Clinic. It’s been bought out by some new doctors and an office manager that does not speak English. I’m not sure about other patients but I was never notified of this change and I needed to see MY primary doc asap for a prescription refill. These new people were able to get me in but wanted me to pay $1000 for a year of care (they are not concierge). I saw a doctor, a man and I can’t remember his name. It was one of the most horrible experiences I’ve had in healthcare. This “doctor” told me that one of my conditions that I have been diagnosed with for a decade was “bulls**t” and that I need to just lose weight and get over it… I actually started to cry right there in the office. STAY AWAY from this practice. They want money and will not listen to you or take your history into consideration, just make snap judgments about you and your health with absolutely no knowledge of who you are and what your history is. Awful.

I’ll be honest I really wanted to like this place. I read the reviews prior to being a patient and thought “I’ll give it a try.” Hate seeing new doctors but moving requires change. I’ve been with them for over a year.My experience:Rose the PA? She is an amazing, knowledgeable and caring provider.Front office staff: they cancelled an appointment without calling. Just closed the office that day. I am skittish with needles and every time the phlebotomist has drawn my blood, bruising and “unable to find a vein”. They will call and not leave a message saying why they called, and although one could cite HIPPA, I work in a field where I do not have the ability to answer the phone. They often are curt and give you relatively inaccurate information as to what the law says…. “It’s the law that we dispense this way.” As opposed to “this is our policy. “ I’ve been on a maintenance drug for about 7 years, never had a problem making sure I had refills anywhere but here. The frustration is pretty consuming when you just want basic care. I rarely feel sick, and Am basically just maintaining my health here. I would see Rose anywhere. But I think I’m going to have to find a new doctor because of the staff.

No one answers the phone. It’s all automated. No selection to speak to a real person! What kind of clinic is this?

Don't waste ypour time. They promote thhemselves as a "caring" local clinic. My spouse and I have been treated there a few times over the last several years. Went at 8:15 a.m., a few minutes after opening; only one person waiting. Asked if I could be seen for an earache. The conversation went as follows: ...not hello; not good morning; ....just "Date of birth?". Gave DOB. The receptionist then said my first name. I replied "yes". Receptionist replies: "You have not been seen here before". I say: "Yes I have" (obviously...they have my name linked to my DOB). Receptionist: "Urgent care is only for established patients. We can see you on July 14"....in about 7 weeks! Nothing such as "..if you wish to wait we'll try to fit you in"; or "....can you come back at the end of the day and we'll see what we can do"; or any kind of assistance whatsoever. Local? Yes. Carining? Not the list bit.

Because the minimum you can give is 1 star. Let’s start with the basics: this is not a “clinic”. The title is used just so they can get away with often only having a NP or PA seeing patients and not a Doc. They present themselves as an “urgent care” type with immediate care, but that is only if you are an established patient and have them as your “Primary Care” and even if you are they will only see you for complaints related to your original visit. The office is poorly run with terrible wait times and if all this wasn’t enough, we have had to return several times for the same issue because of inability to diagnose and a “let’s try this” approach.

They never take new patients, we live in Ave Maria and they say the soonest availability is in July. Ave maria residents should have priority. Not sure why this place is even here.
