Kathy has been a very important person in my family's life, When we went thru our hardest struggle she really helped me and my family. Every time I need help or assistance you name it, Kathy is there with her compassion and professionalism always has a lifting voice and smile and willing to help. Cathy is the most helpful person ever! I needed packing supplies but StorQuest's available supply was limited. Cathy looked online at not only other StorQuest facilities, but the competition, too! She found what I needed at WalMart and sent me on my way. Who provides customer service like that anymore? She is a gem!!

For the last 2 years I have been using storequest formerly cubesmart and Cathy has been the most attentive person I have met at any storage facility. Cathy has gone above and beyond anytime I have had any questions or concerns, she is prompt and extremely nice. When storequest took over cubesmart they made the right choice in extending Cathy's employment, she brings what every employer needs to the company and then some!! Cathy has been a wonderful help with transferring to a larger unit. We have been with this particular location for a couple years. Never had a problem with service or the facility. Someone has always been available to answer the phone. Highly recommend
