I love abercrombie! but had my shopping experience ruined earlier today. I was in the fitting rooms trying on jeans and needed a bigger size so i asked an employee her name is thanisha for help. she told me she could get me the size and left me waiting for 25-30 minutes. I opened my fitting room door to see her holding multiple items for another person who just entered the fitting rooms. I felt like i had my time wasted. If i knew she was going to take that long and not even bring me my pants i could my easily went and searched for them myself. After that interaction she came up to me and told me that she hadn’t forgotten about me and asked me what pants i needed again. Clearly showing she did forget. I didn’t even want to buy the pants anymore after that. I rather take my business somewhere else where the employees are kinder and treat you with respect. I got up and left.

I had one mission: Purchase a bottle of Fierce cologne. While there are A&F stores in my home state of Hawaii, they markup the price of the cologne. So, anytime I'm on the continent, a visit to the local A&F store is in order.
THE STORE:
Located on the first level of the behemoth Aventura Mall, access was easy. The new look of A&F is brighter, less sexual, with background music turned down to civil listening levels. Inventory was organized and checkout lines were short.
FUN FACT:
A&F was established in 1892 as a sporting goods retailer, turning to the fashion industry in 1988.
OVERALL:
I used to be a fan of their over-priced t-shirts a few years ago, but not anymore. My taste in clothing has evolved but I still love their signature cologne.

Extremely disappointed at the how the store manager not only treated me as a customer but was very unprofessional and extremely rude to his own employee at the register who was only in the end the only person trying to meet my needs as a customer. I’ll never come back to that store and definitely will make sure my close friends know about this so they are warned about that kind of service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They dont care at all about the customers, we brought a t shirt that shrinked in 1 Wash and they said without the receipt they cant “exchange”, its not an exchange, its a warranty claim
