I purchased two pairs of sandals online and unfortunately they had manufacturing defects. I went to the Aventura store and was assisted by Yani, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She quickly handled the exchange for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and outcome!
These are my absolute favorite sandals—the pillow walk is the only thing that keeps my feet from hurting. I now own three pairs, one in each color, and I highly recommend both the shoes and the excellent in-store service.

I just wanted to highlight Klayanna, who really surpassed my expectations for customer service.. she brought me my sandals with a matching purse, which I wasn’t even thinking about. I appreciate that. The entire staff, tbh, has amazing customer service. They don’t leave you feeling alone as a shopper!
