Beside the immediatel up-sell the moment i got out of my car....The gentleman in charge seemed preoccupied when I was trying to point issues out to him. I suspect he was pretending to understand all of my english, when he really maybe understood 50% . I asked if they could take off bumpers stickers- he looked doubtful (they can ceramic coat a car but are unable to remove bumper stickers?), but said they'd try their best. I guess"their best" means "not at all" bc the stickers were never touched. as I drove away I noticed parts of windows were still dirty- front windshield- around& under the wipers mechanism as well as in upper corner on drivers side. Part of the passenger side window & around wipers on back windsheild A$40 car wash& you don't get the windshield 100%? There was a lot of vacuuming needed and while they got most- definitely didn't get all. There was a LG shopping bag on backseat with 2 very small items in it ( easily movable) but apparently leaving a bag on car seat is carte blanch to ignore the space entirely. Didn't vacuum and seat was dirty. Ditto the very back- zero effort here even where there were no objects to interfere.Maybe its because I was driving a Rav 4? I assume if I I'd been driving a Lamborghini, it would've been spotless. Or, maybe because my reservation was in the afternoon, because the guys already looked really tired upon my arrival. It wasn't a $40 handwash.

Best car wash in Aventura! Perfect location, you can have a nice breakfast or lunch while you are waiting for your car.

For the amount of money and time spent I would have expected a better job. It was fine, but nothing I couldn't have gotten at a drive through car wash then spent a few extra to have it vacuumed. There was still visible dirt (a lot) on the back bumper, dried on mud spots over the tires on the paint, water marks, and worst of all, they scratched the tint on the inside of my driver's side window. It's not gigantic, but it's only a matter of time before it begins to bubble and peel. The staff were friendly and helpful, but not worth $90 + tip (listed at $79 but there's tax and a "processing fee" both 7%).

"Disappointing experience at APS AUTO SPA I took my car in for a routine wash and detailing, but when I got it back, I noticed that my rearview mirror was broken. Not only was it broken, but it was hanging loose and could have caused an accident if I hadn't noticed it.To make matters worse, when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they seemed unconcerned and told me it was probably already broken before I brought it in. Not true! I would have noticed a broken mirror beforehand.Will not come again!

I get my car washed every week today I left it at 9:30am I picked up my car at 4:30 and paid I entered my car and it was not cleaned was not even touched I got a refund and got 0 explanation on why.I’ve never been more confused in my entire life what a jokeTo follow up your response , ALL of your staff told me the car was never cleaned inside and they refunded me my money, there was coffee stains on the seat and water bottles were not touched.

They did an overall OK job. Missed a few spots though and couldn't get some stains clean . Nice people but I don't think I will use them again.

I recently had my car washed at this establishment, and I couldn't be more impressed. The attention to detail was outstanding, leaving my car spotless inside and out. The staff's professionalism and efficiency made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this car wash for their incredible job – a definite 5-star service!

"I have an office in this building and three cars that I wash approximately five times a month each. I am a regular customer, spending over $600 a month here ($7,200 per year)Recently, I was working late and arrived at the parking lot at 6:30 PM. My car was parked, washed, and the car wash was closed, with the keys left with the wash manager. This meant that my car was left in the parking lot locked, and I had no way to drive it home. I checked my phone, but there was no call or message asking me to pick up my car or giving instructions on where to leave the keys.I had to take a taxi home and only retrieved my car the next day. This was highly unprofessional and showed a lack of consideration for loyal customers.Today, I came to wash my two cars, and the manager asked me why I didn't pick up my car that day. I was understandably upset by the previous situation and told him that he could have called me, but his response was that it wasn't his responsibility...ok, today I pre-paid for the car wash and asked him to leave the keys in the car in case I arrived later, Manager refused to do it , in a very rude manner more than , afterhe refused to wash my car, stating that he didn't like me.During this encounter:- he raised his voice- used profanity in Spanish- insulted me (I never insulted him)- was rude, and declined to provide service.I find this behavior highly unprofessional and appalling. Such a manager drives away customers and hurts the company's profits. Instead of addressing the poor service situation with a customer, he responded with offensive language.0"

I do not recommend this car wash. I made an appointment online and I had to wait for two hours, (the previous time they washed in 30 minutes, also according to the appointment and also the washing itself, they also emphasized that you must come to pick it up, because they close at 4:30 p.m., although according to the schedule they closed at 5:00 p.m. . I asked to fill them with windshield wipers, but they were not filled and they were not vacuumed in the trunk. They scratched my car, the manager spoke rudely to me, I wanted to look at the cameras, he said he was busy, the video of the cameras would be sent to the post office, but they never did. And he didn't talk to me anymore, he just said to leave, because he has to put another car in my place.

I am thrilled with their service! I got the shampoo of my seats and interior (and wash)! They did a great job. It looks new on the inside. Their pricing was very reasonable too.

Manager was extremely rude. I am a consistent client, get my cars washed every two weeks. Manager ignored me and sometimes they are short staffed. I was upset because he ignored me when I was trying to find out how long it would take to have my car ready. I explained this was not nice especially since I am a consistent customer. Treated me like garbage and denied me service!

They did an amazing job. I had them shampoo the inside and I was amazed at how my car looks. Really impressed with their work. They were also very friendly. The price was very reasonable. A lot less then others. It was easy to book as well.

I visited this Carwash today and I was impressed by the quality of its service. My car was very dirty, but it came out of there like new. The team was friendly and attentive, and you can tell that they care about doing a good job. In addition, the waiting time was short, which I appreciate very much. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you for an exceptional car wash!
