Me and my daughter was walking in Aventura mall and my daughter wanted to have a bag from this shop after that when we came to the shop my daughter asked to have this bag but the shop assistant said he can’t give the bag to her after that I came to this assistant and said that I can pay for this bag but he said that we needed to buy something from this shop but the stuff in this shop was ugly so we didn’t like it so me and my daughter we wouldn’t recommend this shop to you :)

Our next family adventure take us to Aritzia located in Aventura Mall with a category of 4.1 and more than 55 reviews, this branch have an incredible selection for women clothes.With the concept of innovation in each season reflected in every design they offer to their clients, our experience in the store was amazing to much to see, we don't buy nothing but the service to the costumers excellent.

I have a love-hate relationship with Aritzia. On the positive side, I adore their clothing for the quality and style it offers. However, the experience is marred by several factors. Firstly, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Additionally, the dark changing rooms make it challenging to accurately assess how the clothes look, creating a frustrating shopping experience.On one occasion, I purchased seven dresses only to realize that three of them were unflattering once I tried them at home. While they may be great for someone else, the lack of proper lighting in-store makes it difficult to gauge their fit accurately. Returning the dresses was another ordeal. I had to practically fight for a refund, and while they eventually offered store credit, it felt like a sneaky way of conducting business.This experience has made me wary, and I'll think twice before making another purchase at Aritzia. Despite the initial friendliness of the staff during the buying process, the stress and discomfort encountered when trying to return items overshadow any positive aspects. In comparison, shopping at Bloomingdale's or Saks not only offers a more pleasant experience but also comes with the added benefits of loyalty points and cash back.

Terrible experience with ARITIZIA phone customer service. I love the clothes at Aritizia. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years (in Canada and US) and have been a member of their exclusive clientele base for many years but the past couple of days I had the worst experience. I made an online order a few weeks ago. As part of the order I requested size XS in the Daria pants. They sent me the pants with an XS tag but the pant was actually 2XS on the pant label that is sewn in. I called to let them know about the mistake and they advise me I can return it. The rep told me Fedex will come pick up the package from my house on Monday. I waited all day and no one to showed up. Then I wasted more time on the phone to get different stories from the Aritzia reps about why that happened. Then I asked to speak to a manager to handle the issue and although she was very apologetic, her written message was cut off and I had no idea what she was trying to say in the end of it??? Sooo unprofessional at her level. The result is now I have to waste more time of my own to drop off the package in person at a Fedex location. I must have wasted more than 2 days dealing with this return which was ARITZIA’s fault in the first place and all that I get was a run around. Very unprofessional staff and workflow on returns. I am very disappointed.

If I were the owner of this store, I would change half of the staff first of all. Sellers are clearly dissatisfied with their work, they do not want to help customers and behave unfriendly and kill the desire to buy anything in this store. I believe that this store will soon lose all potential customers due to the fact that your managers cannot be helpful and friendly. Also, the store will lose the other half of its customers, because there are no mirrors in the fitting rooms and you need to go outside, where all the other people are looking at you.

This store has stupid return conditions. I bought a dress, first of all it turned out to be big and of very poor quality, like a $10 dress from shein. I didn't wear a dress and all the tags were the same as when I bought it. But the store manager refused to make a refund because she believes the tags were damaged. Strange return rules in this store and brazen sellers who do not comply with the return rules.

in my opinion I think Aritzia is one of the only clothing stores that genuinely has high-quality clothing and sometimes for a very good price for what it’s worth!! I also think customer service is spectacular and I always feel very welcome. Some of the employees even help you out in choosing different styles to help see what you like!! It’s a really good clothing store for teens and adults?

They have a wonderful stylist named Kay & when I say she is lovely! She helped me find everything I wanted and more. I’ve been coming back just for her for past year, anytime I’m in south Florida I come see her. She’s just a doll and OMG her outfits she puts together for work STUNNING! Thank you Kay!

Love Aritzia. The quality, fit and au courant styling are right on point. The nearest store is a 2 hour drive from my home, but is worth the trip. I also make it a point to visit the nearest Aritzia when traveling. I wish there were more in the U.S.

This was my first time purchasing at Aritzia. The store was beautiful, customer service was great, but I couldn’t buy anything since they have 0 mirrors in the fitting rooms. This makes absolutely no sense. You have to come out of your fitting room to a public area to model your clothing. This is extremely uncomfortable ? especially since there is men sitting in the waiting area. I won’t be returning until they fix this issue.

The associates there were accommodating but as for the managers (Melissa) (Aventura location) I didn’t appreciate the attitude that was given and felt very biased on who they wanted to assist etc.I had went in to do a return very much aware of the return policy. I had bought the dress without trying it on in store as I was in a rush, and ended up trying it on at home and the tag had ended up breaking off. I didn’t end up liking the dress as the size wasn’t accommodating to my liking and didn’t match my accessories, and had put it back into the bag unworn, tag still present and in good condition still within the policy return date as I’ve only purchased the dress 4 days ago. They refused to give me a refund as the tag wasn’t on the dress how I had first bought it, despite having proof of purchase and being in resale-able condition. I have yet to ever have a conflict with this store as I’m always purchasing from here and felt very unwelcome today. I would like a solution to my problem as this dress I wouldn’t be wearing anytime soon as it wasn’t to my liking when trying it on.
