If I could I would give it no stars. I walked into the store and felt invisible. There were at least 20 employees there and no one noticed us, not even a simple “good afternoon”. They lost a potential customer. I'll never step foot there again.

Furniture missing, damaged and sales people unresponsive to phone calls. Sales person refused to get owner or senior management involved to fix problems. Only interested in selling more product not replacing or repairing damaged sofa or bed sidetables.

Walked it and nobody greeted me. They saw me and ignored me. I still took a look at the place and yet nobody came near me to ask if I needed any assistance. Super horrible staff. Maybe if I would’ve came dressed up like I was going to a night club they would’ve treated me better but it is also not their job to judge a book by it’s cover. Their loss now cause I’m definitely not giving them my service.

I when to see some items with my wife on 10/15 we go in and 3 ppl at the door and we didn’t get greeted or approached till we were on our way out, lost a client that was interested on some furniture that we loved.

I beg any potential customer to not buy at Artefacto. I have designed many homes in my career and have had good experiences with furniture stores and some not so good But Artefacto is by far the worst experience I have ever had and the most expensive. I purchased a $90,000 Order with them they told me everything was in stock but 2 items .that was the only reason I purchased the furniture I needed furniture quickly. I also payed over $6,000 for delivery they delivered the furniture in pieces and told me they no longer assemble some of their furniture I was flabbergasted I made at least 30 phone calls no one would even get on the phone. Again I spent $90,000 and nothing. I begged and begged no one returned a call I had to pay someone to put together their furniture. It was a disgrace. So please believe me Do Not Buy anything at Artefacto it will be the worst day of your life . Help me to put them out of business , they do not deserve the rito operate in America

Expensive as all get go. Alessandra was very gracious and helpful even if I could not budget in a $7000 sculptor y of dead wood. They are overpriced but quality through and through. They have a different approach then they used to have and feel high end now to match the prices Definitely a great trade spot

Steer clear. I don't know how this place is in business. When a sales person quits NO ONE even takes a look at the orders in process so it's up to the customer to follow up. This has happened to me 2 times. Further, the sales associates I dealt with had very poor English skills, so the custom sofa I ordered 10 months ago sat in the warehouse, and then was WRONG to boot. Now I've waited for a promised refund for nearly 8 weeks. In order to get anything done I have to drive there and wait for a manager. Spend your money elsewhere.

I bought $32k furniture to ship in 10 to 12 weeks and it was undeliverable! I had to cancel a dinner due to lack of furniture and still no delivery data. I filed a complaint on Instagram and they deleted the message without even replaying to me! I'm disappointed in this store.
