The staff at this store is always very attentive and helpful, making sure to resolve every issue quickly and effectively, asking questions and providing detailed explanations so the customer fully understands. Jeremy was especially helpful during this most recent visit, so I will always come back to this location.

Someone came to help me the second I walked in, the guy was great helped me with everything and even gave me a free charger so that I wouldn’t have to wait there while the transfer from my old phone finished transferring to my new phone.

Oh Wow! We had so many questions about our At&t mobile plan, we walked in the store kinda nervous praying for a customer service with extensive knowledge of the company. We had the pleasure of meeting Ms Noeline, who patiently listened to our concerns and addressed them providing excellent service. She is an awesome asset to At&t.

I arrived promptly for my appointment to buy a new iPhone. The sales guy was more interested in "swooning" an elderly lady talking about restaurants and recipes. When he got around to working with me, he was a bit pushy (encouraging me to buy a new iPad as an example......and accessories that I told him I didn't need). The 2 other employees (both female) could not have been ruder. Horrible customer service. Arrogant and would answer a simple question when my sales guy went into the back room. If I owned the store, I would fire all of them.

If you are looking for the worst customer service, then you are in the right place. None of the workers know how to answer questions. You walk out of the store, having to call another line. Looked for a store because for the past 5 months my bill went up $45 without any alterations and walked out of the store without anyone being able to answer my questions. When I want to make an account, the service is amazing but whenever I want answers, they are simply the worst. Tried 3 different people and no help was given.

I am very happy and pleased with the service from Jeremy he did an awesome job, with help setting up my new iPhone and make sure the process went smoothly.Please give him a raise in his paycheck he deserve it. Jeremy helped us in the best way possible he was very patient caring and so helpful to me and my mom to my sure we received the greatest service possible. I recommend to go to Jeremy for all your services at this AT&T store. He was the amazing thank you so much!!!. ????
