too expensive.the sales associate lady told me they're based in Bogota.If it were based in Paris or London or Milan or Tokyo then I'd understand the high prices, but based in Bogota and charging as if it were Gucci or Burberry.... you gotta be kidding me.

I bought a few things from Azulu at Aventura Mall. I bought an expensive outfit for an upcoming event. Sales people were nice, Claudia was very helpful. However the zipper on the shorts failed the day of the event as well as the ornamental stones from the shorts. I went back 10 days later to the the store to have them exchange the item for the same shorts. They said they were going to mail me a new one, they took my email and Three weeks passed and I had to stop at the store bc I did not hear from anyone, not a phone call not an email. To my surprise the item was at the store. But it was the original piece " repaired". The zipper failure was still a problem. Clearly one can see it. I asked them bc I was under the impression they were going to send me a new item. They said they had their own tailor. I was already not happy. I was trying to be a good sport and decided to give it a try. So I asked to please have them change the zipper bc I show them where the zipper would give me future problems. The colombian gentleman I believe his name was Mauricio said my request would be addressed. Today Two weeks later my husband picked up my shorts and the zipper was not changed instead repaired. Let's keep in mind it's been a total of 2 months from the first time I went back to store to exchange the item. I'm very unsatisfied with this company and the service. Considering the prices are like a high end store I expected them to stand behind their clothing. They took a defective piece and did some patch work repair, instead of replacing it properly. After spending more than $1400 at the store I would expect better service and commitment to replace s defective item instead of a poorly done repair. I would like a refund for the piece.
