Banfield of Aventura team is fantastic!!!! Been with them for a few years with two pets, we always can count on attentive, compassionate and professional help! Staff goes above and beyond for animals, I am very grateful for all the efforts and work they did and keep doing for my senior pets. Pricing is reasonable and health plans are my go-to option for consistent care of my senior dog that needs a bit more attention. Recommend!!!

Best customer service I've recieved in a long time. I called expecting to be placed on hold again but to my surprised Anika answered and was able to put my concerns at rest right away. She helped set us up with an appointment without delay and provided best next steps to follow regarding grooming our dog with a Hotspot. Thanks Anika!!

Care les about my dog I paid health insurance all they one is money they overcharged, for medication for the dog horrible place . I want recommend this location you never see why they do to my dog. My dog has an accident inside since that day my dog is sick.. they told me my dog fall down? I’m not happy it with the service so I change the one from North Miami Beach and see what happened. . My appointment was at 11 am, I leave my dog and at 2 pm I came back to pick up and you told me that the doctor didn’t see my dog.Why do you play with people's time?

Late to my appointment and then refused to give my cat a prescription for his medication he’s been on for a year. Go anywhere else but here.

Angely Esquivel is the absolute worst. These people signed my mom up on a wellness plan under my information and stated to me that I was responsible for the balance when I never signed my mom’s pet under a wellness plan. My mon came for a pet visit for her dog which has nothing to do with me. I have a wellness plan for MY DOG. The signature on the contract does not match and they’re still saying I’m responsible. They didn’t verify any information when my mom came in for the visit. But fraudulently allowed my mom to open up a wellness plan under MY name. They can see that the signature doesn’t match but don’t want to take accountability for the error and fix it! I asked for a manager or someone different to speak to and she stated to me she was the highest available. Banfield, I hope this reaches the correct person so we can find a resolution for this issue. Let’s not forget angelys attitude over the phone and how she rudely hung up on me don’t let the voice fool you she’s not sweet she’s sour.

The Aventura office visit began a bit rocky start in terms of communication when my initial inquiry was made to gather some information about certain services, however, given the emergency situation we had with my furry family member they came through and provided excellent service during a tense and emotional situation. A very special thanks to the surgical and support team.

Did a $365 test on my dog, doctors told me it will take 5-7 days for the results to be ready. I called after a week and someone on the phone told me the doctor is not there that day and that results will be ready by the end of the day and they will send me the results through email and that the doctor will be there the next day and will give us a call regarding the results. It's been a week and 1 day since I called and still no one has called me back or emailed me the results or anything. My french bulldog has a lump on one side of her body at 3yrs old and I am still waiting for results and a call. They took my money, but the results can wait I guess.. If anyone from banfield sees this, please let me know what number on the waitlist I am, before my dog dies.

Don’t get sucked into buying a plan. I have two dogs that were going there and I stopped in 2021, and they are still charging me $80 a month. I canceled in 2021. Calling their corporate office does not work and the people at the Aventura location won’t help you.But they helped me to join….DO NOT TRUST BANFIELD!!!!!!!!!Pay on the spot but don’t join…..Terrible experience
