(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, there are people who should NOT work with the public, this is the case of an employee of this bank in the Business area, this person is a stumbling block in my case, I am unlucky enough to have fallen for his bad attention, one was in 2018 where I couldn't do anything that day, the next day I insisted with another employee and everything went smoothly, that year I fell back into his hands and again what I had to do was not possible due to the refusal of this person, he DOES NOT give a solution to anything, today My wife goes to do a paperwork (request a debit card) and again it was NOT possible. I had told him about this person but he must be so bad at customer service that nobody wants to go with him and he wanders around the bank waiting for a client to be assigned to him so as not to provide any solution and even less help.(Original)Lamentablemente existen personas que NO deberían trabajar con público, es el caso de una empleada de este banco del área de Negocios, esta persona es una piedra de tranca en mi caso tengo la mala suerte de haber caído en su mala atención una fue en el 2018 dónde no logré hacer nada ese día, el día siguiente insistí con otro empleado y todo fluyó, es año volví a caer en sus manos y nuevamente lo que tenía que hacer no fue posible por la negativa de esta persona NO da solución a nada, hoy va mi esposa a hacer un trámite (solicitar una tarjeta de débito) y nuevamente NO fue posible. I've been & still am customer of Bank of America for years! My origins from this bank is New Jersey. I just have to write about how horribly slow this bank functions. I don't go to the bank for personal transactions for I just go online but I have to deposit cash from my job. Omg I think sloths move faster than these people!!!!!!!!

Actually 0 stars. I'm very disappointed and I want to complain about an employee of Bank of America Aygul and her manager as well because they were very unprofessional. I am a real estate agent and I was there with a client of the bank and went with a Russian speaking employee because the client was Russian speaking. We went to the bank for a wire transfer for a lease agreement. The wire transfer didn't go through and when we came back the next day to find out why it didn't go through, we met the employee from yesterday. They went to the middle of the bank and yelled to the client that the wire transfer didn't go through because quote, "The money didn't go through because the account provided for wire is linked with fraud and scams!" And later told the client privately that she tried to protect her from me just in case. I tried to talk to the employee but she insisted that she couldn't listen to me and only the client with the bank account. I was then told by the employee to go sit at the other side of the bank because I could listen in at them, like I will do something wrong and now they are investigating it and I have to be separated.I understand that the client's safety and money is important, but there could have been a more professional way to handle this, but rudely calling me a scammer without consulting the fraud department or even knowing the situation is not the way to do it. Once the fraud department was called, the money immediately went through and they didn't apologize to me for their unprofessionalism. I work with a lot of banks but I've never seen or experienced this. I felt like I was a criminal at a police department.

Would give 0 starts if possible. Awful customer service, called in advance to confirm no BS extra fee for a transaction I needed, they lied and in person insanely long wait and wouldn't budge about an added transaction fee. Super unprofessional and dishonest. Oh and the super long 1 hr wait was in the middle a weekday at off hours. Save yourself a headache, go elsewhere.

I went to their branch ATM machine, inserted my card and the machine kept the card, with no instructions onto the screen-"other than" their Bank of America marketing screen loop their financial products. I tried retrieving my card several times using the keyboard and it still would not return the card. I called the Tel., no. on the machine, the representative told me they would need to issue me a new card and "charge me" $15. to send it, issued after two days?? I asked why am I being charged, she said that is their policy-to expedite the new card. It goes without saying, this is part of the reason the citizens of this nation are distrustful of these financial institutions." Poor, unethical business practices." Not to mention, the financial product criminal practices , that caused the 2008 economic disaster, these C.E.O.'s knowingly caused. "None of whom" were criminally charged. "They," retired with their "golden parachutes" of millions of dollars. "Trust" and "ethics," is not in these individuals vocabulary.

Tellers are slow AF... usually only 2 tellers the entire day. Ridiculously long waiting line. Nobody that works here seems to care. Probably the worse branch to visit. There's zero sense or urgency and a complete waste of time. Either bank with Chase (just right across) or go to a different B of A.

If it was possible to give zero stars to this branch, then that is the rating I would give. One teller at 2:27pm on a Friday. Ridiculous. I'm only depositing for a friend....I would NEVER open an account here. My boss was so displeased with this branch that he closed his account. Open an account elsewhere.

2 tellers for the Bank, one teller outside...lines around the corner. The bank is ALWAYS busy, so I don't understand the staffing issue. With what this bank charges in fees, you would think they could afford to hire a few more people

Only 2 tellers at all times in busy Aventura mall. I spoke to the manager and asked why everytime I come inside this branch they only have 2 tellers and she responded that they won't hire more tellers. Save your time and don't come to this branch. You're located in Aventura with a bank full of people waiting and you dont think you should hire more tellers?

I'm with Josh this bank is the slowest bank on A1A lol it's only two teller a manger watching over them and 8 people in line while 4 employees are sitting at there doing god knows what smh. I feel that bank consultants should be tellers when the line or rush hour hits. Why does this happen every day? Let's be better Bank of America and he's still standing there smh
