Gabriel in the fragrance department was beyond helpful!! He went above and beyond to ensure that I got the right cologne for me. I highly recommend paying him a visit if you are looking for the perfect perfume!!

Sales clerks are so helpful and nice here, you really feel pampered! It makes you want to come back hoping the same person will help you out next time.

Paul on the 3rd level for in store pickup has TERRIBLE customer service. Very rude and tried telling me he didnt have my product but then I showed him my barcode to pick up my fragrance and all of sudden he had it. Terrible experience đđ˝

Your store and your displays are very beautiful.
Very elaborate designs and presentations.
I was deeply impressed.
Although, your loss prevention members need more work. They follow too closely and they are awkward and easily spotted.
Makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience.

Gabriel Biskier was amazing to work with. I had no idea what cologne to buy, but he took the time to understand my style and what kinds of scents I like. He walked me through different options, explained how each fragrance changes over time, and helped me find one that fits me perfectly. I never felt rushed or pressured, just guided by someone who really knows and loves what he does. Thanks to Gabriel, I found a cologne I feel confident wearing every day. I bought Naxos and Torino 21 because of him introducing me to it and its fantastic.

I always have a pleasant experience at this Bloomingdaleâs location in Aventura, but I really want to highlight my wonderful experience with Alejandro. He is the best! He is always attentive, helpful, and willing to help you find your new signature scent!
Be sure to check out the Kilian counter and ask for Alejandro! I will be back to purchase more, especially when itâs him at the counter. This location has a way more broader selection than the Boca location, as well as kinder employees. It is well worth it for me to go out the way to come to this location. With fragrance professionals like Alejandro, this is the only Bloomingdaleâs location you need to go to in South Florida!

I âm giving this Bloomingdaleâs one star because of the customer service. Iâve always loved Bloomingdaleâs â I used to shop a lot in New York, and it was one of my favorite stores. They have great brands and sometimes really good deals.
But this location⌠the experience was just awful. Iâm talking specifically about the shoe and clothing departments â not the perfume section, because people there were actually really nice.
In the other departments, though, it felt like nobody wanted to work there. There was no one to help, no one to bring sizes, and the employees who were around looked miserable and totally uninterested. It honestly felt like they were hiding just to avoid customers.
The lady who ended up âhelpingâ me was so unpleasant â she looked at me like she hated me and was about to snap if I asked her one more question. I actually left with this horrible feeling in my stomach.
I love Bloomingdaleâs as a brand, but after this, Iâm never coming back to this store in person again.

I had a wonderful experience at the Bloomingdaleâs in Aventura Mall! Heather was absolutely amazing â she helped my daughter look for the perfect homecoming dress and didnât stop until we found one she truly loved. Heather was patient, kind, and so dedicated to making sure my daughter was happy with her choice. Excellent customer service and such a pleasant experience overall. Bloomingdaleâs is my favorite and preferred department store. I reside in Aventura, I am a loyalist and I have been a customer for years. I had a really bad experience at the Dior cosmetics counter yesterday. I had bought cosmetics for almost 600 USD on my birthday, October 3 at the counter, and out of many products that I had purchased I was not satisfied with only one. I brought it back so that I could return it or exchange it for something else. The consultant was really unhappy with my decision to return the product. She argued with me for a while. When I insisted that the product does not work for me, she stated that she could not return it per the new policy, but she would exchange it for products of equal or higher value only at the Dior counter. I did not oppose to the proposal, since I love Dior products and I simply wanted to buy something that works for me. She was rude and impatient while I was trying to pick a replacement, rushing me through the decision making. I felt like I had to pick something really fast in order to complete the transaction. I finally picked the items that in total would exceed the value. I will not be returning to this counter ever again due to the lack of proper customer service I received.
