Such a pleasure to meet the crew from Hugo Boss. I passed by to fix my watch that I bought online, and the gentleman named Jesus was so welcoming and helpful. He made my day in 15 min of working on my watch. He adjusted it, so it fits my wrist. Thank you so much guys for your kindness and professionalism, I will definitely be back soon for some shopping.

Bought a pair of shades, the lenses fell out within the first five wears. Manufacturers and boss said there is nothing they can do for me no warranty or nothing. Please don’t waste your money buying eye wear from this establishment.

Really poor service. They said they would have my items delivered before my trip and never did so. Really eager to upsell lots at the store and then dropped the ball by not fulfilling what they said to have the items delivered in time for my trip as agreed and guaranteed at the store. ??

no one answers the phone in the store, salesmen don't want to look for the products, and when you ask him to talk to a manager, they say they don't have access yet to manager.

6/19 (father’s day) @4pm Me and my family visited the store in hopes to find couple of gifts fro my dad.The store had live music and 3 different sales associates greeted all of us nicely. However, There was one more guy in a white shirt who seemed ti be annoyed by our presence… I believe we were in HIS section, because he was not happy with us looking at the clothes in such section… he said not to take out the tag, (we needed this to to look at the size and the price), he kept on rolling his eyes, he did not offer help, he only said to look at the things that were hanged. He made all different judgy faces, and it seems someone told him to smile and then he smiled in the fakest possible way…I understand he wanted to maintain his zone organized, but he was rude, and was annoyed by my dad, who happened to be wearing $160 Hugo Boss Sweatpants (hugo boss +nba collab) and who buys Hugo boss too often…I ask my entire family to leave immediately because This was no correct treatment for anyone.I worked in retail for many years and this is unacceptable behavior. Extremely disappointing, Hugo Boss lost a guaranteed sale today and it was because of the attitude of 1 person

My experience was great until I proceeded to the check out. Long story short, I spent quiet an amount of money in this store for my wedding suit as you can imagine ( from the suit to the shirt to the belt , boots, a second pair of shoes, pocket square and even the socks). Steve helped me with my purchase. My suit needed alteration as well as my shirt which you pay outrageous fees for it ( BTW, needless to tell you NO goodwill gesture was done of course but I don’t care: I m getting married !!!) . So when you pay this money and pay for alteration, you expect from a luxury brand like Hugo Boss an outstanding service… well, guess what ? THEY FORGET TO MAKE THE ALTERATION ON THE SHIRT! They had a week to do it and now I am a week away from leaving for my wedding abroad and what did I get ? Just a sorry! Unacceptable! Steve is on vacation. So another associate , Esteban tried his best by asking the tailor to do it on the spot but unsuccessful ( it s 4pm and he s leaving… really? Well pay him overtime to please a disappointed and upset customer!) . When I asked to talk to Antoine the manger… oh surprise he’s on break … right! Does someone work for the customer’s experience in this store? I don’t think so! You would think they would fix my issue the following day… nope! I had to wait for the following Monday (we are Wednesday!!!) to have my shirt altered! I have to drive hour round trip because of your mistake . Again, I m getting married and have enough on my plate right now. This is ridiculous !!! SO HUGO BOSS AVENTURA MALL WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO ADVERTISE YOUR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER’S SERVICE!

Upon arriving at the store, we were greeted by Rey. His knowledge and attention was above and beyond. Rey was extremely helpful helpful with 2 tuxedos and a suit. Kept in contact with us regarding the delivery of items which were not at the store (Covid). I'd for some type of recognition bebrought to his attention.Rey. Thank you.

My wife got me a shirt for my bday two weeks ago. I didn’t like the shirt and returned it to the store in aventura mall. The branch manager said they are using a new system which doesn’t require to swipe the card for the return. She said she’s not sure if I’ll get the refund at all and if I won’t I have to go back there! ? I couldn’t believe what I’m hearing but I was sure I’ll get the refund (just to mention I had the buying receipt ).Anyways it’s been a week and no refund and 2 managers at the store told me there’s nothing they can do and I need to call the corporate office.. yea sure.I disputed the charge with my cc company.Stay away or at least buy something you want for sure or you won’t see your money again!

Definitely recommend this store due to the great shopping experience. If i could give Ray six stars i would. Ray gave such a great environment it made mewant to shop more and helped me get a customized shirt. Definitely recommend him for a great shopping experience and conversation!
