STAY AWAY! DO NOT BUY A BREITLING. THIS IS NOT A LUXURY COMPANY. I SENT MY WATCH OUT FOR SERVICE AND NOT ONLY DID THEY BREAK IT BUT THEY REFUSE TO FIX WHAT THEY DAMAGED. I SENT IT IN THE ORIGINAL BOX AND GOT IT BACK IN A PLASTIC AMAZON BOX. STAY AWAY FROM BREITLING GET A REAL TIME PIECE FROM A REAL LUXURY BRAND NOT THESE CHARLATANS! I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH ROLEX, A TRUE LUXURY BRAND! IN RESPONSE TO MY RESPONSE, LOOK AT THE PHOTO, THATS NOT THE ORIGINAL BOX I SENT MY WATCH IN! SO YES YOU USE CHEAP PLASTIC AMAZON CHINA BOXES!

Casually started to shop several luxury watch locations in the mall one day to start researching what brand of watch I’d want to buy. Michelle greeted me in the store and offered assistance without being pushy. Answered all my questions, catered to me and slowly guided me to try some watches on. I felt so comfortable and cared for with her that I decided to buy right then and there! Actually she did such a great job my boyfriend and I bought 4 watches over the course of that month. I definitely could have gone with any of the other luxury watch bands in the mall but because of Michelle I decided on Breitling!
I’ve been in sales for 10 years so I can confidently say Michelle is a true sales woman! She has the customer service & finesse to make large purchases feel comfortable and easy.

Recently, I was fortunate enough to be gifted a Breitling watch during a cruise. However, upon attempting to register my new timepiece, I encountered an unexpected hurdle. Despite reaching out to the cruise line, the vendor, and even Breitling's corporate office, I found myself ensnared in a bureaucratic tangle, with no clear solution in sight. Came in and met Joel. Unbelievable customer service from start to finish took his time very patient never rushed us. I had been to another Breitling boutique and they didn’t match up to the customer service that I received with him anybody that’s looking for a Breitling timepiece I highly recommend that you go and see Joel, you won’t be disappointed.

It is a beautiful boutique and they treat you well unlike Mayors located on the first floor. The watches are all available and are beautiful.
