My visit to this store was extremely unpleasant and humiliating. It was such a disgusting experience that I will never return to this location again.
Throughout my time in the store, a security guard was literally following me, closely watching everything I looked at and picked up. I was interested in purchasing perfumes, and while choosing, I was holding them in my hands and heading toward the checkout to pay.
Despite this, the security guard accused me of attempting to steal. This accusation was completely unfounded, offensive, and highly unprofessional. The items were never hidden, never removed from my hands, and my intention to purchase them was obvious.
This kind of behavior from store security is absolutely unacceptable. Being falsely accused of theft is humiliating and could easily be grounds for a formal complaint or legal action.
Management should seriously reconsider who they hire and how they train their staff. Experiences like this damage the store’s reputation and drive customers away.

They have one cashier for a line of more then 100 people. It’s unbelievable. The manager is telling the other cashiers to go home when all these people are waiting to pay for their holiday stuff.
