Horrible experience! No luxury customer service at all. We wanted to buy two jewelry ( necklace and bracelet) but the actitud of the sales person was terrible. Never come back to this location.

No luxury costumer service at all. Google should close their business account. They don’t respect the time. They close the store 30 mins earlier and with a nasty attitude. I’ll buy Bvlgari instead.

Came to the store at 6:40 pm on April 19th when they were supposed to close at 7. We were told they were closed. After telling the security we came to buy a ring, he went to the back to ask the sales associate. She came out asking if we knew exactly what we wanted. At this point I had no desire to spend a few thousand dollars there and be rushed out the door. I guess sales don't matter to them. Seems like an ongoing situation for a while, lots of people complaining and nothing is being done. What a way to ruin a classic brand perception.

Horrible experience. They closed 6:30pm instead of 7:00pm. Sales rep opens the door saying they closed and it was 6:40pm. I mentioned I already know what I would love to but and they almost made us beg. Terrible CS. They just lost my money/business today. I wish I could talk with the franchise regional manager if there’s one. They just killed all the marketing and luxury brand that Cartier built for years. I was ready to buy a very special ring. I will find another brand.

Here I find timeless pieces, iconic watches to jewelry. The boutique offers shopping exclusivity. I also love the image of the Panthera de Cartier and I also really like perfumes.

Sales associate named “ JESUS” (with ginger/red hair )Terrible service & dishonest…he racially profiled me and lied on the store policies .. he asked me for my ID. Before even ringing me up or taking my card. after letting him know my card has a daily limit of 5k (tap) and 1k (insert) I let him know to tap the card… he told me he couldn’t due to the store policy he was only allowed to insert my debit card which is a lie .. he pre judged me from the time I walked in.. I told him id rather take my money and get the item from another location. be careful how you treat people because i would never give him or the Cartier store in Aventura my money !!

I went to the adventure store at 6:45 p.m., because the hours on Google say they close at 7 p.m., they didn't let us in saying it was closed. A shame

Popped by visiting from out of town and the staff was less then eager to even look my way.Barely approached my wife and I and only spoke to us when we asked if someone works here that can actually help out.I guess if you’re not dripped in jewelry from head to toe they won’t bother with you.Will find another Cartier store for next time we’re in town.
