Valentina was great, but when i came back another day with different associates, the vibe was horrible. Im not sure why this happens so often, but it’s annoying to say the least. Whenever I contact Chanel employees online they are so kind, but in-person it seems to be a different story. Still love though.

I had a terrible experience at the Chanel store. Despite wanting to exchange a product within the 14-day time period, the store's unprofessional member, Valentina, was of no assistance. Her behavior and attitude were extremely disappointing. Chanel should provide clear explanations of their return and exchange policies to customers before purchase. Not only are your products expensive, but the staff's attitude was less than satisfactory. Better not visit this store guys.

( Very Bad Experience) Please watchout if you buying any new product. - Aventura Store Florida."I recently had a disappointing experience at the channel store while attempting to return a product. Unfortunately, the supervisor on duty didn't take the time to explain the store's return policy adequately. Moreover, when my attempts to exchange the product were met with frustration, the supervisor's rudeness only exacerbated the situation. It's essential that a store's staff, especially supervisors, are not only knowledgeable about their return policies but also handle customer concerns with patience and respect. My hope is that the channel store can use this feedback as an opportunity for improvement in their customer service department."

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Had a terrible costumer service experience here today at 6pm. An employee (Young, white, female employee with black and purple bob cat hair ) yelled very loudly at my wife, very non-discreetly as well; all because another staff member previously allowed my wife to test the nail polish. The female employee even dropped a few f-bombs. Terrible customer service from a place that claims to be high-end! I get better customer service at Macy’s.

I can't believe chanel run out of face/eye cream free samples. I am a regular customer, and buy lots of their products. The last time I went they allegedly had run of all their free samples. It has been almost a month and they still don't have any. I am shocked.
