Unfortunately, this branch has employed consistently uncaring individuals who do not place customers' needs first. Today's unpleasant experience was with a gentleman named Barack (who normally works at the branch located at 20880 Biscayne Blvd. in Aventura). His rude behavior made me feel as though he was prejudiced against Asians and senior people. Barack needs a talking to by management!

They have no leadership there, everyone that works there is so blah. ive been banking with chase for my personal and my business and they still wouldn't help me to have a card replaced for fast delivery the guy needs my $5. gross i can't believe this is my bank

They NEVER answer the phone and have the absolute worst service. I can't believe this is a part of Chase.

This branch is embarrassment for Chase bank. I travel all around the states but this bad costumer service I have never met in chase. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Made me want to switch to the other bank. Btw I have accounts w chase for 20 years but this was very ugly experience.

The worst bank ever. We came for a notary, waiting for more then 45 min. The manager was busy taking care of flowers when she should come out and help.

Whoever is running this branch should be fired. Here today to speak to a banker to add my son to my account. Waited 2 1/4 hours for this. This is acceptable? Never ever again.

The worst chase bank branch in Aventura. Don't go inside, you might as well drive to another location. Employees are slow and lazy. Sat in drive thru to deposit and no one acknowledged me. Cars started blowing thinking I was holding up the line when I was not. Just absolutely ridiculous. Every time I have to come to this branch it's a hassle. Avoid at all costs.

This bank doesn't even deserve half a star for reviews. They never have enough tellers whether for drive-thru or inside. Also, technical difficulties. All the money they charge for accounts maintenance, they can't afford to hire more people or maintain the technical issues??? Absolutely unacceptable!!

Not enough tellers for this branch. The line is always ridiculously long.

I have deposited a large amount of money 2 Saturdays ago. I counted the amount before going to the bank (it was in an envelope from another bank) and the teller counted the money in the machine in front of me. All good so far. When she went towards the back to deposit the money and brought me the deposit slip, $100 was missing. Could have fell somewhere, not sure what happened but it was missing. A couple of days later, after checking all my purses, car and covered all basis, i went to discuss the issue with a manager. I spoke to Assistant Manager Maria (she was the highest manager on duty that day apparently) who listened to me, said she will investigate and will give me a call back. Here we are 4 business days later, and no call whatsoever to at least let me know something was done. I am considering filling a police report to check the cameras to see what really happened. A simple call would have been greatly appreciated.

Their Private Client Banks are OK but not quite Swiss in nature. I tried to take some pix of this new branch and an idiot came rushing out and said, "Oh, I'm sorry, but we do not allow cameras in the bank." What a joke! This location has "new car smell" and some very helpful machines on the floor of the bank where you expect to find a teller's booth. Mercy me, should I alert the Bank Teller's Union?
