This branch stinks. The drive through has been broken now for 2 1/2 months and nobody seems to care. The service inside the branch is very slow too.

I paid a vendor with a business check, and manager Brain Hawk refused to pay the check. He stated the check didn’t go through the machine, failed to verify signature, call account holder or look through account history before turning my vendor away. He even went to the extent to tell the person he must deposit his chase Check into his chase account to cash it against the account!!???? How is it possible for a branch manager to now know protocol or bank policies. A CHASE CHECK DOES NOT NEED TO BE DEPOSITED AGAINST ANY ACCOUNT TO BE CASHED ON A CHASE BANK AS THE FUNDS ATE OULLES OUT DIRECTLY FROM THE CHECK PAYEE( chase account holder).

The staff at this branch has no concept of customer service. Everyone is clueless about they are doing - everyone gives you contradictory information. Long wait times even for the most basic services. Finally, the branch manager is a joke (I scheduled a number of client calls with “she/he/they” simply did not even dial in for.) I have private client status, so scary to think what experience people with regular accounts receive.

There are some decent people here, but the bankers work really slow. They can never accommodate walk ins for anything that needs a banker, and when you make an appointment it takes forever once you sit down with them.

Unfortunately, this branch has employed consistently uncaring individuals who do not place customers' needs first. Today's unpleasant experience was with a gentleman named Barack (who normally works at the branch located at 20880 Biscayne Blvd. in Aventura). His rude behavior made me feel as though he was prejudiced against Asians and senior people. Barack needs a talking to by management!

I HATE walking into this bank. they are the WORST and although I bank with chase this branch has the worst vibe and customer service they all look like they're bored and sleepy. They have no leadership there, everyone that works there is so blah. ive been banking with chase for my personal and my business and they still wouldn't help me to have a card replaced for fast delivery the guy needs my $5. gross i can't believe this is my bank

terrible service. the clerk Adrian Regueiro made a mistake in the swift transfer of a large amount of money and did not want to correct it and the manager refused to talk. said it was not his problem. Said finish conversation with us. Immediately finish all conversation with us. Said we can’t to do anything.

I’ve called over 20 times between yesterday and today to speak to someone from this branch they answered only one time and hung up the rest of the 19 times they don’t answer! Worst bank
