Worked with Martin who was taking care of 2 issues Chase caused me and although he wasn’t the one deciding he at least reached out to their specialized departments and followed up with me releasing me from wasting a lot of time

Had same situation as another person that reviewed. I had to get something done and they didn't refuse but they told me it would take a really long time. They explained to me for 30 min tires how long it would take to do. They told me 30-45 min if they do it. Maybe instead of arguing for 39 mins start the process and I would have been done instead you spent that time telling me how long it would take.

I read all the reviews slamming this bank. I'm from NYC and we are used to lines. Moved quickly. Teller and bank help were friendly and accommodating. I had to cash old savings bonds which are a painful process but teller very nice and responsible

DO NOT USE ATM THAT LOCATED AT THE DRIVE THROUGH!!! It almost cut my finger off and it took a portion of my deposit and never give it back!!!FIX YOUR ATM!!!

Worst Chase branch ever. Staff not trying to understand the problem. There is always a wait of 30-45 minutes to solve the question (I don't know may be they understaffed). Ok to withdraw money or deposit checks, though. Had an accident when an employee were not able to make a Power Of Attorney for 2 pages, because she told me I have to wait for 24 hours so Legal department will check it and approve. So I went to Miami Gardens and got it done in 10 minutes there.

The customer service at this branch here is horrible and appalling, fortunate for me I do not bank with them and as I was considering to open an account with this organization I was convinced otherwise. A specific banker by the name of Brian is outright rude and disrespectful. He needs to practice better communication skills and professionalism especially being the first person a potential customer encounters.
