Although there was a very long wait due to high volume of customers I had an extraordinary experience. The automated check-in process was easy, two easy steps after scanning the QR code located on top of the table. The system showed me how many people were waiting and my number on line. There was many other customers that had made appointments so the waiting time was about 30 minutes. I was assisted by Miss Nicole, a very elegant distinguished and knowledgeable banker. She was not only courteous but also very professional. I requested information about the new bank products and my concerns, she helped me and assisted me in a very efficient way. During my wait I noticed there were only two tellers available but they were very friendly and attentive to all customers!

Take your money elsewhere. The staff is incompetent and rude. Talking to the manager is an impossible task.

This establishment was so unprofessional. I spoke to a woman who they called chiki and informed her I had and 11:30 appt. she spoke to me with attitude and had me waiting for 20 mins with no update on when someone would be available to assist me.I've never seen so much poor customer service in a business of this caliber. I do not recommend you bring your money to this establishment.

I’ve been 3 times to this branch and it’s the worst Citibank branch on regards to customer service first of all they had me waiting for 45 minutes to then tell me that I need an appointment this is after someone wrote my name down Their response was I could wait all day but they might not have time for me Only one teller for at least 10 ppl waiting and you see ppl coming in and out of the lunch room not caring to even look to the side to see if anybody needs help

Absolutely the worst branch to do business. The staff constantly give the wrong information and you have to wait for service other than the most basic transaction. If you make an appointment I guarantee you will wait at least 1/2 hour past your scheduled time. I will never go into this branch again other than for ATM use.

Worst customer service by phone and in person I had ever experienced. After long waiting time on the phone or in the bank branch clerk doesn't give any clear explanation or solution for the problem.

Worst bank in the area! Manager doesn't know how to run this place and very rude! Every single time it's a long wait. Waiting for a banker or waiting for staff to assist inside the branch. Ridiculous. Who runs this place? Fire them all and start over. Taking my banking elsewhere and will be referring others to do the same!

It was the worse customer service ever and they seem not to care because this reviews are full of awful ones. They don't do anything do get better. The lady who was asking everyone if the signed in, I didn't see her name but she's blinde and tall and Russian for sure, (I heard her talking to someone) she was so mean I just had one question and she was so rude wtf is wrong w her. She needs a raise? or just to get fired tbh. They're really dirty too and it looks like they don't take care of it at all. If there's a - I would give it to them

I don't know where to start but I will say this place is full of unprofessional staff. Customer service is hhhhhorrible. The branch is dirty and unkept. What reputable bank opens at 10am?

Very nice place!You can do all the procedures without getting out of the car! Big place and a lot of ATM’S. You don’t have to wait long for your turn.

This branch does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Their customer service is terrible and their clerks spend from 1 to 2 hours with the same client. I wrote my name on the sign in sheet to see a clerk and waited for two hours and was not even called. During my waiting time there were clients that left the branch tired of waiting, there were also clients that arrived after me and by simply greeting the clerk, they were called before me. This is disrespectful and nobody deserves to have this experience. My advise is do not go to this branch if you have other options, do not waste your time because it's certainly not worth it.
