Horrible bank horrible branch. I am not an account holder. Barely any personnel I waited on line 30 minutes after driving 25 minutes because they have NO BRANCHES, to be told they don't cash check for non account holders. I will never bank woth this company. complete joke

Destastre, Inna attended us and in a very bad way, being a gold customer. The only one who attended to us and solved things well for us was Lorena, who was a sweetheart.

Although there was a very long wait due to high volume of customers I had an extraordinary experience. The automated check-in process was easy, two easy steps after scanning the QR code located on top of the table. The system showed me how many people were waiting and my number on line. There was many other customers that had made appointments so the waiting time was about 30 minutes. I was assisted by Miss Nicole, a very elegant distinguished and knowledgeable banker. She was not only courteous but also very professional. I requested information about the new bank products and my concerns, she helped me and assisted me in a very efficient way. During my wait I noticed there were only two tellers available but they were very friendly and attentive to all customers!

I’ve been banking with Citibank for over 20 years and this branch is the worst I have ever visited. No tellers, long lines, the manager doesn’t care about customers.Worst ever banking experience.

There are nearly 10 people working on-site, and only 2 are assisting clients. I have been waiting for over 50 minutes to open a business account, and not a single person has come to greet me. This level of customer service is subpar, and it's crucial for whoever is in charge to address this issue.To add up, someone just approached me, possibly due to my noticeable displeasure, to inquire if I was waiting for them. After I explained that I intended to open a business account, they informed me that it wouldn't be possible. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Time is valuable, and it's essential that they understand this. What a significant waste of time!

Horrible worse than a 3rd world bank. My employee during there lunch break went to do a deposit under $200 was harassed, threatened ID taken away asked for his SS#. They left, threaten to quit working for us if we ask them to go to this bank again. No I have to find a way to go there to show ID to deposit in our company account which they have the deposit slips and cash. VS losing my key employee that we depend on and need.Looking at the reviews, you see each branch has a business policy to treat everyone as bad as possible and not answer the phones. We will close our accounts.

Russian office of the Citi bank closed month ago. I have been its client about ten years. Since we moved to US, I am a customer of US Citibank. Ussualy I visit the Aventura office. Inna Grishkovich is the best financial adviser. She is a reall client oriented professional. She is polite, friendly and punctual. She symbolises the high level of service which I used to during I was a customer of Citibank.

Today I had a very bad experience in this branch, no one could help me until after an hour which is something unheard of, I had to make a really important payment and not even the manager wanted to help, I think they have very bad customer service, really You have to think before doing business with this bank.
