Lovely employees, great selection! I called ahead looking for a specific item and the associate on the phone was very helpful, and she actually helped me when I got to the store and was awesome!

I went to the coach in Aventura yesterday February 1st, 2023, and was followed so much around the store by an associate. At first, I did ask a few questions but jeez give me a breather. Is that some type of protocol? Funny that I’ve gone to other big brands and wasn’t followed around like that. This turns me off since I’m a person of color who buys lots of top-name designer stuff. I can afford it so I buy it. But for a contemporary brand… yikes. I left without purchasing anything from this contemporary brand. So uncomfortable ugh…. I hope the owner sees this review.

The lack of customer service on several occasions earned them one star. When you walk in people just stand there and give you dirty looks. The associates need to be trained on hospitality and respect.We had a much better experience at the Town center location.

I visited this location to return an item from the outlet online I brought my wife for a Xmas present... Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong item. The gentleman there seen me from afar and knew I needed some help ??! So he returned the item and showed me some other new and preferred bags! Problem solved! Excellent customer service there! Thanks! ??

Wasn’t even greeted or asked if I needed help when entered the store and instead was closely followed, watched and made uncomfortable by the blonde old lady employee the entire time. If instead of treating me like i was going to steal, you could have seen I was already using a coach bag/ am a client and I would have purchased something!

I had a terrible experience with this coach store . Upon arriving I was greeted however when I went to the register noticed two staff talking one I believe was a manager were talking . They did not stop talking or bothered to ask how they could assist. This coach store had very poor customer service. I had to approach a staff and ask if they can assist me picking up a online order. Thanks

Learned the actual Coach store carries better quality leather than the outlets and Macys.Im coming to purchase my bags from the actual store now.Although the outlets are less inexpensive.They carry different items from other store..But you can totally feel the difference.

I bought a watch 2 months ago at Coach. The glass broke after 2 months and they told me that it is not under warranty even though it’s a 2 year warranty. They told me to contact Movado, when I am a Coach client. It is not normal that Coach isn’t responsible of the products they sell. I have a receipt from their shop, so I should have my repair service from them .It is not my responsibility to conduct a whole procedure for reparation. It is the last time that I will buy in this shop because their reputation do not match my expectations. As a customer, I advise you to buy watches elsewhere.

My husband gifted me a Rogue purse…which I can customize to my liking by the way!!! It was truly a great experience. Gabby was the sales person to help me and I must say she was truly a doll and really saw my order thru. Wait time on this Rogue purse is 16 weeks…I mean I wasn’t expecting my purse till end of March and she called me on Wednesday and told me it had arrived at the store and was ready for pickup! It actually came out better than what I envisioned and how I saw it in the iPad! It looks amazing!!! Thank you so much Gabby for your attention and just keeping in touch with me regarding my order!!! Great customer service I must say and store is very clean and tidy!!
