Terrible customer service from KATHERINE at this store. I walked in to do a return for a pair of Crocs I bought online and the employee just kept neglecting to do the return stating a bunch of lies of reasons I can’t. Saying first I can only return for the same item, then saying I can’t exchange for another model. I asked for proof of a non-refund policy or exchange on this item as I had an online receipt that literally states I could return this item at any store nationwide. She then lied saying the barcode doesn’t scan without even trying, stated that her manager isn’t in store and said I can’t return it without even asking. She then saw herself unable to continue neglecting and scanned the barcode and returned the item. All the lies and terrible experience for nothing, just to scan and return the item. Heavy attitude as well, I kept my composure and tried to reason with her but she would interrupt me as I would speak. I was with my child and her attitude was unfit to deal with a customer that has a child. BTW managers should always be in store to handle these situations. I will contact Crocs customer service and address my experience with this employee.

Very bad service in this store when you arrive to buy the prices are not clear and they are not patient with the customers you arrive and they are crazy for you to leave

I came in with my son at 9:10 pm and instead of being greeted into the store I was reminded that they close in 20 minutes. They kept saying it to every customers that kept coming in- seemed a bit strange to remind customers of when they are closing. As I was waiting in line to pay one of the workers made comments about my newborn who was crying outside of the store (he was there with my husband ) . The other worker was trying to shush her pointing with her eyes at me implying “ the mom in here be quiet “ . Felt very strange the whole attitude. I wonder in that’s company policy and how Crocs head office trains them .

The staff were friendly and specially KAT she help me to find this little letter that u pout in the crocs for my kids she is amazing honestly I can’t thank her enough that was not letter E left and she went checking all the hinging crocs all over the shop till she find it for me .OutstandingThank u KAT

I visited the store twice in the past few weeks. I came back because I received excellent customer service on my first visit. I appreciated the patience of two whom I had looking for several specific pairs.. I was asking lots of questions and I wasn’t quite sure on the different style fits.I did command lots of time and they both remained pleasant and very helpful. Kat and Gisley were also knowledgeable about the products. If you haven’t visited this store I would certainly recommend you do. Great in store experience.

Karina and Nelly at the Crocs Avantura Mall location are amazing. They are super friendly and they pay attention to customers. I visited the store to purchase 1 crocs and left with 4…great staff. I Hope somebody actually see this review and recognize them for their efforts.

These ladies that work here treat costumers like garbage. I am paying my money to buy this pair of crocs and when I went to pay the ladies just treated us like garbage, they just made us feel like our money and our place in line were not important and respected. They were also prioritizing another costumer that was behind us, and when we told them they gave us a very rude response.HORRIBLE COSTUMER CARE IN AVENTURA MALL.If these ladies are the face of this brand, this company will loose a lot of money and costumers.

I went to the Crocs store and i was having a hard time finding a pair of shoes, but a employee named "Lucas" was a huge help he was extremely patient and helped me find the right shoes he was also very calm and a kind person if you need help I recommend asking him.
