The Front Desk staff are terrible, they don't know how to treat people when you don't receive a prescription because they changed it for a generic one, they get angry, they get upset and they are very aggressive, the only thing that shows their face there is the manager, the rest is useless, you have to teach them Costumer Service

This pharmacy does not pick up the phone. I was on hold for 24 minutes and another half hour after they hung up on me. Finally waited in line to just find out if a prescription was ready for pick up. Slowest drive through line I have ever encountered.

First I would like to say the workers in the front, very nice and helpful, my issue is with the pharmacy. Terrible customer service, I was not helped for ten minutes while everyone in the back was talking to each other, like they are in lunch time. When I was finally helped, the price of my prescription was said very loud for everyone around me to hear, (didn’t even approach me) which is none of their business only mine! Lastly, ironically enough, I was told to wait where I initially was for my items And was told to “move” so they could help other customers. I’m sorry! When did you decide to start doing your job all of a sudden? Learn respect and better customer service!!
