Don’t let the fact the store is in an industrial complex deter you. I admit the store could have better signage out front. It has the letters D & N on top of the door.I live in Boca and do not have a DJI store close to me. This is my 3rd time driving down to Miami to this store. I LOVE THEM AND THE SERVICE.They take their time to explain all the technical aspects of a drone.Stuart spent well over 20 minutes showing all kinds of cool things my drone can do.

We had brought in our drone to be fixed and they called to say that we have to pay $69.99 for their diagnostic only. We told them what was broken and they said they will not fix it, they only do diagnostics. They held onto our drone and would only give it back if we paid them the $69.99. It’s absolutely ridiculous!! The lady at the front desk doesn’t even know anything about drones so I’m not sure why she works there. Please do not bring your drones here. They will hold it and make you pay.

Purchased an Open Box Drone from them in March, 2023. I flew it roughly 10 times before it disconnected and fell from the sky, shattering into pieces. Just worth noting if you plan to purchase anything from them that is not brand new.

I am currently planning a visit to the store in which i am flying in from the caribbean for a repair. Even though i have not received the repair as yet. I am very impressed with the line of open communication. I spoke with an employee named manny a few times and he has been great. Robert S. Who is a manager at drone nerds has also reach out to me in regards to me flying in for a repair and has been guiding me on the best possible course of action.I work in customer service and you guys are spot on!

Traveled here to get an estimate for my drone repair. I watched a guy come outside go to the trash as I was getting out of my car. I went to the door it was locked knocked & called to no answer. Terrible service would not recommend!

Worst mistake EVER sending a drone to these guys! They don't pay any attention to what they're doing. I wrote a long letter to describe what I had and what issues were. They said "send it to us". Insured the package for $70. The opened the box and the boxes that had drone in it and a controller and took pictures of what they received. 1 month later they said they don't work on those and had to pay to get it returned. ANOTHER month goes by! They didn't know where to send it to even though the RMA#, my name and address was written on both manufactures boxes and I paid with PayPal. TERRIBLE service! they're supposed to be providing a service...Jon

Update: Drone Nerds worked with us to repair the faulty drone. It was at this time we were also informed about optional insurance for Mavics. But it's is not offered through them, thus the information was not presented to us at purchase. I stand by what I send, they're amazing for repairs! The repaired drone is Exemplary!! I don't know that I would buy another drone directly from them.BUYERS BEWARE!!!!They may be good for repair, that's a far maybe. We bought a drone from them and it only lasted 4 months. To repair it they want an additional $200. After they had us do a warranty claim. And now Im reading similar experiences and wondering if they are going to come after me for undisclosed fees. Ill have to check the legality of that if it happens. The repair would place the price of the drone OVER what it would've cost me new. I DO NOT recommend purchasing through drone nerds.

So I called and emailed to get a quote on replacing my gimbal cable and they never got back to me. According to the fault code a gimbal cable replacement should fix the issue I was having. So I decided to send it to them. After 2 or 3 weeks they finally emailed and said I need a whole new gimbal and that was the only option and it was going to be $379. This particular drone is the DJI mini 3 and it’s only $379 brand new for a whole new drone. So basically they didn’t want to give me a estimate because they wanted to get me for that diagnostic fee.

I had sent my drone to them for repairs and it came back more broken than when I had sent it in,.. after spending more than 400 dollars on the repair, they dont even have the decency to respond to my emails.. this place is a joke

I would not hesitate to return for my future repairs or purchases. Customer service was exceptional. Communication was outstanding. Pricing for repair and expedited service, was fair. 5 Stars!

Ive ordered on line from these guys was excited to check out their store we were in town for a big shoot and needed a 4d noticed they had a ronin kit as well the girl serving me couldn’t be bothered to lift her face out of her hands I explained we are customers and in from Phoenix she couldn’t care less a large guy with a scruffy black beard who was out flying an Fpv didn’t know the answers to my questions. Super disappointed left the store called my dealer they are over nighting me the 4d so I have it for the weekend. If you need a cable or props by all means spend your money here otherwise skip it.
