This was my first time back at the Aventura Mall since it has been renovated and I must say, it's even more bigger and nicer...but that's for another review. After parking my vehicle in the 6 level parking garage, I entered the mall in complete disarray as I had no clue where the Gap store was located. Luckily, I spotted a group of females by an Interactive Mall Directory searching for a store. When they were through, I used the directory to search for the Gap store and watched in amazement as it showed me which direction to go to find the store on the lower level. The Gap store was a bit crowded when I entered, and for good reason too...there was a sale going on like 'UP TO 75% OFF MARKDOWNS' and '40% OFF YOUR PURCHASE'. You can find a large selection of moderate priced clothes and items for the whole family such as: * Graphic tees * Clearance items * Sweaters/jackets/cardigans/hoodies * Jeans/jegging/legging * Active wear * Shoes/handbags/accessories * Dresses and much more The store also has two large sections. One section called Gap Kids which caters to kids, toddlers, and babies; and the other called Love by Gap Body where you can find bras, panties, and sleepwear in various styles and colors. The whole store as well as the fitting room is clean and the merchandise is organized. The associates are pleasant and provides satisfactory customer service. They also inform you that you can receive 20% off your purchase by applying for the Gap card. I bought myself a graphic tee and pajama pants, receiving not only 40% off my puchase, but an additional 10% off for using my Old Navy card. I really need to come back to check out the Gap Body section. I'm always looking to add to my intimates collection.

Average gap kids. Nothing special (which is what I would expect).

This store used to be so nice when they had the gap body which sold women's underwear and gym clothes separated from the clothings part. The people were also so helpful and attentive but today when I walked in it was a disaster. The store is much smaller and they mixed everything together. It looks like a tornado went by . There are not enough workers working either . I asked a girl that works there for help and she was like I don't work in that department. I'm like can you please call someone to help me basically she came over and looked annoyed like I was dragging her and like she was doing me a favor like you work here . I understand is not your department but the least you can do is call someone for me is called customer service. They didn't even have enough underwear my size by the way they say 5 for like 27 dollars but how can you pick five when you don't even have a selection smh anyways I wasn't happy it lacks customer service , organization and inventory basically go somewhere else...

The Aventura store is a mess, and no help from their associates The line was long to pay the and the cashier charged me twice for one item. Even after I brought it to her attention, she argued with me that she was right! The Gap's merchandise and quality is not what it used to be. It will be a long time or never before I step foot in there again!

This store is on the second floor in Aventura Mall and is pretty big. As I walked in it was very clean and organized with lots of sales consultants around to help. They had some sales going on but oh man, the prices cut like a knife! I honestly didn't know that Gap was so expensive! (or was it always expensive and I just never noticed?) For the quality, I don't think the clothes are worth that much. Plus Gap has never fit me properly, has anyone else experienced that problem? I would much rather go to Banana Republic and get much better quality and worth it prices...but any who.... The left side was all for men and the right for women, and they had a small section for children and babies, and all the way in the back there was a sleeping and lingerie section. They had just about everything throughout the store, including shoes and accessories. I didn't buy anything but my aunt wanted to see what they had because she had 2 coupons. Oh and the coupons...there was one for $10 off if you buy $25 worth and then $30 off if you buy $75 worth. The coupons were reasonable but you're probably just going to buy 2 things with them since everything is so overly priced.
