They don't do phone repair unless it's an iPhone. But they did suggest another place for me to go (I break, you fix it)

Terrible service from the staff. Online and through the phone the representative explained I needed to take my computer to the store so they could check the issue and try to fix it in the store at the moment. The representative at the store started first by explaining me the membership prices and the cost of just looking at the issue and the need to leave the computer at the store for 2-3 days. This was all a waste of time since I was never told on the phone about the requirement to first pay $100-$200 so they could only diagnose the problem. The girl representative was straight to the point, not even showing interest on explaining my options or providing me reassurance that my problem could be resolved. Horrible experience.

I used the remote service and it was terrible. I even started a new chat so they could try to fix the problem correctly. They just went through the same steps. Completely ignored my actual request. It was a waste of $$ and if I could give zero stars I would.

They called me to pick up my computer and when I went to the store in Best Buy Aventura, they made me wait for more than an hour for the technicians, whom I did not need at all, just to go get me the computer, Quite idiotic.

Do not take your computer for repair, take my computer with a line on the screen and 3 months later they return it to me completely bad. They tell me that they will return the $$ payment for the repair and the totally bad computer. Let him take her to HP. And HP told me to take it to geek squad...they don't want to be responsible for anything. Don't fall for this....They told me that if they couldn't find a repair they would give me a new one and that is a lie.Do not take your computer for repair, take my computer with a line on the screen and 3 months later they return it to me completely bad. The Geek Squad is horrible. They contracted with me to come to my home to perform a service today. They never showed up and then they had the nerve to bill my credit card for a service that they failed to perform. It took 11 phone calls to their overseas call center to finally get them to remove the false charge on my credit card. I would Never use their services again. They were referred to me by Best Buy which also had terrible customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves. Zero Stars.

These places all refuse to hire Women or African Americans in any of their stores in Miami, FL . They just won't diversify their stores or desegregate their stores. If you go in, everything is made into a formal nightmare, in the same way it works in Central America where women can't find work in tech and have to flee to the US because all their "tech" is full of pure misogyny . They needed to be mandated to diversify their stores here.

Long waits even with appointments, but well worth it! Excellent service! And they don’t rush you to get to others. Service is very personalized. Well worth the money!
