Do not take your computer for repair, take my computer with a line on the screen and 3 months later they return it to me completely bad. They tell me that they will return the $$ payment for the repair and the totally bad computer. Let him take her to HP. And HP told me to take it to geek squad...they don't want to be responsible for anything. Don't fall for this....They told me that if they couldn't find a repair they would give me a new one and that is a lie.Do not take your computer for repair, take my computer with a line on the screen and 3 months later they return it to me completely bad. The Geek Squad is horrible. They contracted with me to come to my home to perform a service today. They never showed up and then they had the nerve to bill my credit card for a service that they failed to perform. It took 11 phone calls to their overseas call center to finally get them to remove the false charge on my credit card. I would Never use their services again. They were referred to me by Best Buy which also had terrible customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves. Zero Stars.

These places all refuse to hire Women or African Americans in any of their stores in Miami, FL . They just won't diversify their stores or desegregate their stores. If you go in, everything is made into a formal nightmare, in the same way it works in Central America where women can't find work in tech and have to flee to the US because all their "tech" is full of pure misogyny . They needed to be mandated to diversify their stores here.

Long waits even with appointments, but well worth it! Excellent service! And they don’t rush you to get to others. Service is very personalized. Well worth the money!

3/20/22 The Geek Squad, at Best Buy Margate, is exceptional. Recently, I brought my computer in for service. It needed some internal corrections. Agents, Daniel and Brandon, did a super job that was quite challenging. In addition, Alberto, Advanced Repair Specialist, and I, corresponded earlier, and he was very helpful, as usual. Finally, I want to thank all the Geek Squad online agents. They do a great job and provide terrific customer service. Recently, it was a pleasure speaking with Laura, who was very amiable and knowledgeable. The Geek Squad has created a fantastic model for amazing customer service. It's a pleasure seeing their expertise. The have built a solid team. Thanks, Geek Squad! Greatly appreciate your efforts. Your are so valuable to the public. You have my utmost respect.

I took my iphone 6s into the Best Buy Geek Squad to replace the battery. The tech quoted $69 and asked for my Apple passcode and told me it would take 3 hours because he had to charge the battery. I refused to give him my passcode and left. The next day I had the battery replaced at the Apple Store for $49, it took 40 minutes, and I did not have to give them my passcode. The battery was not fully charged, but I did not risk having my security breached.

If I could give Zero - I would We bought my dishwasher from Best buy apparently they trusted Geek Squad with the delivery. I received an email that the dishwasher will arrive between 1-5pm . confirmed it. So we stayed home waiting for it I called best buy/ geek squad several times to notify that they mst arrive before 5 or the building will not allow them in. finally by 3 pm I was able to speak to someone after a 35 minutes wait. I explained the situation - the girl promised to "leave a note" for the driver. that was the most she could do. wow. at 4:10 I missed a call from a D Lopez - apparently the driver - I called right back . 4 times. sent me to voicemail. I sent him text - IN SPANISH . no respond I called Geek squad. waited 20 minutes - the agent claimed they have not yet reached my destination. They are en route - and hung up on me. GREAT SERVICE BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD - but- to take my cach they were very quick. Much quicker! Remind me never to do buy anything from there!

I dread calling the Geek Squad of Best Buy. Waiting, 2 hours, for a tech, is lousy service, poor management and a shows a disregard for time. After my contract is up, I intend to find another tech outfit that operates more effectively. The service is awful...and not worth it.

Do not buy anything from Best Buy because Geek Squad has worst customer service than Comcast. Driver was supposed to deliver a TV to me on a certain day for a big event I had and the driver said the building was closed when it was a residential building!
