The service and lack of professionalism are terrible and there is no service. It takes them two and a half weeks to return the money after I returned the product. I will never buy from them again and I recommend not buying from them.

I had an excellent shopping experience with Nikkie today. She was incredibly polite, courteous, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. Her professionalism and customer-focused approach made the visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend seeking her out if you’re shopping at this store—she’s fantastic!

Dropped off my bag for repairs, waited patiently for months and kept checking in from time to time, then the boutique director claimed she gave me the bag "a long time ago", despite me being told many times it wasn't ready yet. Where did my bag go?? They never returned my property and when I asked to please double check who they gave my bag to, the director got hostile and said she doesn't have to do anything; her memory is all that is needed. Givenchy Aventura took my bag and never gave it back! Avoid this Givenchy if you don't want your property stolen and to be treated like garbage when you ask them to find out where your bag is.

I would like to say that when I first walked into the Givenchy store I thought I was going to get a bad first impression from the workers over there, but they were really welcoming and attentive! It is so late for writing this review or else I would go and take some pictures of my purchase from there. I am truly impressed and I would highly recommend people to go there! I bought a pair of GIV 1 sneakers in leather and mesh. It has 360° transparent pink soles and black reinforcements. These shoes are truly high-end and hot ?? Thank God the website had my size because they ended up as the last ones for 45. Later in the morning is when I will be wearing them for first time, I can’t hardly wait! I plan to buy [more] from them in the near future.

A great experience! I felt like a celebrity and I initially went in to purchase a small Antigona and left with the largest from simply being made to feel great. They reciprocate shopping types so if you are looking for something specific they get right to it and wrap it up for you but if your in for leisure shopping and want something fun they will take you through the shopping experience. I loves it, and love my purse, I call her Gigi!
