Super happy with Great expressions, my daughter was lucky to get friendly professionals attentive to her needs, it has been almost 2 years since she arrived, her smile is beautiful thanks to the orthodontist's treatment, they have taken care of every detail. In addition to that, I wanted to mention that my daughter was afraid of going to dentists due to past bad experiences. Nowadays she sits confidently in the chair and collaborates with the process. 100% recommended..

Worst service ever and they refuse to give me back my deposit for a service I never received. I am still waiting….I am very disappointed in the service I received from this office, so it’s definitely a company issue. I had high hopes because the Miami Gardens office had tons of operational issues (computer system down so they couldnt do my refund, scheduling, etc.) and still hadn’t returned my deposit from at least 3 months ago. I have tried to get my money back but I have had ZERO success. Because they refused to give me my deposit back for a service I wasnt receiving I decided to try a different office and use my credit.The dentist and I both discussed 2 options for cleaning and I said I think its a good idea for deep cleaning because its been some time. After an extra long wait the office manager came back to me with a quote for like 2,000 for a deep cleaning (and yes, I do have insurance). I told her it was too expensive and I want a regular cleaning instead. She said no I couldnt do that and I must do a deep cleaning and she wouldnt give me an appointment for a regular cleaning. She wouldnt budge or go back and discuss with the dentist because that should be the standard. She has no authority as a provider to enforce something especially after the client has changed their mind. Her role should be to contact the dentist and allow them to make the decision. Being that she decided to dictate my care without authorization I told her to cancel my appointments and I will not perform any services there. It is extremely unprofessional for someone to NOT consult the provider and continue to make decisions on her own. She cannot force me to do something that I dont want to pay for. The correct approach should have been to go back to the doctor and voice my concerns. Then at that time, we can discuss on what the right thing is including what is affordable to me.Especially since they have a tendency to hold deposits and money. Because of course, she was trying to obtain deposits today. I requested that the receptionist return my deposit from months ago that I should have received a long time ago. I will never ever return. This is not how anyone gains business, retains business, or grows a business.Lastly, I was here for about 1 hour and 45 minutes just for an XRay and a 4 minute talk with the dentist. If I could give 0 starts I would.But the ultimate question still remains… where is my money???

My daughter miss Altime been a patient and Great expressions for the last five years Dr. Agrawal been her doctor for 4+ years. Dr. Agrawal he is very friendly funny energetics people person . The establishment is very clean. The restroom are clean . The staff is very kind and friendly as well .. I love ? Great Expression Aventura location .

The entire team @ Great Expressions (Aventura) is phenomenal. My dentist Diego Sanchez is the Picasso of teeth. My hygienist, Luisa is gentle yet makes a BIG IMPACT (after her deep cleaning it feels like she gave me a new set of teeth). Destiny (the dentist assistant) is so knowledgeable and makes the overall experience unforgettable. Last but certainly not least Jen (the receptionist) is so personable and makes it super easy to get an appointment. Thanks for being such an AWESOME TEAM!—-Tekia

The office Manager of this office doesn't know about insurance, or the frequency of services. She says that this is not their responsibility, they only need to know if the insurance is active or not. They refer patients and they don't even give you the referral or the respective x-rays. Please be very careful with this clinic, they has very bad customer service and the manager is lost, she knows absolutely nothing about HIPAA procedures. BE CAREFUL.

Doctor Louisa and her assistant Gisselle were amazing! Both displayed amazing professionalism and communication. This office has an incredibly calm environment and everyone is super sweet.

I haven’t even began as a new patient and I already see I’m not going to like this place I keep calling and calling and they keep putting me on hold no one seems to be able to get on the phone.

Was over charged for a service. It has been 2 months and I still do not have a refund. No one from the office seems to care, I get put on hold, no answer. Just transferred around.
