HORRIBLE SERVICE. I was gifted clothes for the holidays and they refused to exchange them. I called customer service in the store and followed the directions provided. They refused to assist even after I fulfilled what customer service asked. The only option is a chargeback.

Worst experience at a retail store. There is a female Argentinian sales associate that apparently hates her job and discriminates and insults customers to their face. This happened to me when I went in for what I expected to be a pleasure shopping experience but left insulted and discriminated against by her.

No refund for orderI made my order on 12/18/2022 with pickup from the Intimissimi store in the Aventura shopping center. When I tried to pick up my order, they told me they didn't have my package. I was told that the delivery was made by mistake to another city. And by the end I never received, I'm still waiting for my return. I've been calling customer service for over a month and they always say they should investigate. Different people answer the same way, what they have not seen in the system of open investigation since my last call. The same lies and nonsense are fed every time I contact support. Terribly expensive company that steals from customers.

Ladies!! This is a beautiful store and all their lingerie is all made in Italy. I definitely prefer this store to that other well known brand. This store has helpful associates and a wide variety of things to choose from. The fitting rooms are nice and it is a relaxing shopping environment. They even sell 3 different perfumes. I liked one so much I bought one to carry in my purse. I always thought this store only sold frilly things. I am so glad I stopped in today. It is a refreshing store and not hectic. I will be back.

The customer service is disappointing. It’s a brand I love and was excited to see come to the states but the staff is not attentive, I tried to make a purchase and after waiting for a very long time, I was unable to get help so I walked away.

My experience at this particular location was unpleasant.. I was “partially assisted” by the so called manager Barbara (that’s how she presented herself) and she was nothing but unprofessional and rude. I asked questions regarding sizing that she “pretended not to hear” that’s called selected hearing and being DISRESPECTFUL BIG TIME!… next thing, she pointed where the fitting room was at without even escorting me to one, she just left me unattended waiting with my child in a very reduced space outside the fitting Room instead of springing into action and check the availability first before even send me there… in addition to her demeanor, not even once came to check on me to see if I needed a different size, however she did check on other selected customers while I was trying on the lingerie.My personal impression of her is the following: she is a BITTER WOMAN, FEELING MISERABLE AND UNCOMFORTABLE IN HER ON SKIN. She pretended to be the “big shot” of the store, but the true of the matter is that she has CERO CS, CERO manners, CERO INTERPERSONAL SKILLS to manage successfully communication, leadership or conflict resolution and lack of emotional intelligence. Hope in the future they can provide a better customer service, We deserve better, I DESERVE BETTER!!!!!…on the other hand, Valentina was more caring and detail oriented toward customers, thank you for that!That store needs some management adjustments.My name is Stella Maris.Have a blessed night
