I visited this Journeys location today to return an online order. I had my order number and all the necessary details from the online purchase. However, the supposed manager on duty refused to process my return, claiming that a physical receipt was required.
This was disappointing, as your website states that online returns can typically be processed in-store with proof of purchase, such as the order number or email confirmation. Terrible customer service and unprofessional. Will be calling customer service to file an official complaint.

I went to this store on Friday 6/2 and the 2 ladies were so kind and helpful. They seems excited to help me purchase my 1sr pair of crocks. They were both very attentive to all the customers in the store. Great job ladiesMarianne and Tamia.

Order a pair of shoes online and they came in a horrible condition. Box was destroyed, the soles of the shoes were wrinkled, stained & there wasn’t even paper to protect the shoes in the box. Just two shoes thrown in a box. Went to this journey store to exchange for the same pair just a new one for them to try to give me a pair that was worst. The soles were more destroyed… causing me to need to order online AT THE STORE. I was hoping to get expedited shipping due to needing shoes in a timely manner for a bday & they couldn’t even offer that. They offered me a $5 off coupon on spending $25… like I want to spend more money at the store after receiving damaged shoes. Just sad!

I was unsure about a pair of shoes, the girl told me a had a year to bring them back if I wanted to change my mind, so I bought the pair for 159$. I never received a receipt by email. I wanted to return them but because I didn’t have the receipt I couldn’t. They said I could only exchange them for something different. I asked for store credit instead and was denied. Furthermore that same pair of shoes was now on sale for 139$ , so I could only exchange them for something cheaper than what I bought them because a bank statement wasn’t sufficient to show them how much I paid them. Overall, don’t trust them. They aren’t rude, just not trustworthy. Ask for a paper receipt. I will not be going back, a shame as I have been going there to buy all my pairs of shoes. This experience was absolutely unacceptable considering the issue was entirely their fault, they not only reduced my option tremendously but they made me LOSE 20$ on the entire deal.
