My experience in the Aventura location is the best. I had been shopping there for a very long time. The people working there provide the best costumer service, always kind and friendly. The manager name Ze’ev Banovic is very professional, got great knowledge about the products , always kind and gives the best advices . My skin looks very good and young because of the products. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the beautiful people who helped me there every time I go . See you soon ?

I bought a bottle of perfume but when I opened the box the bottle appeared to be old, with broken spray and almost empty. When I return to the store it was eight o’clock and they were closed while according to the information online this particular store had to work until nine.Please check what you sell. We just payed 80 dollars for spoiled evening. I was able to exchange the product butI don’t want it anymore. The fragrance do not even last. I don’t think I will buy anything from this brand any time soon.

This is an amazing company with an amazing product unfortunately employee like the new one in aventura store ruins the experience. She says she is a skin advisor however in the Wrong line of business no customer skills none !! left the store and bought the creams on line . She was so insulting!! Rude loud not the right person to represent this amazing product! People at that store are super nice not sure we’re they found her .

I love L'occitane skincare !! The almond collection is my absolute favorite !! I visited the store today and was helped by Anna Marie. She was absolutely amazing !!!!!!!!! I spent almost 40 minutes talking to her about few new products I had questions about and l'immortelle collection. She was VERY knowledgeable about the products and professional. she took her time to explain each products I had so many questions yet she was so so so patient. She made sure to share what where the best products for my skin type.Thank you so much Anna for all I learned today, I had such a great time chatting with you about l'occitane products !! I just tried some of the products I bought today and so far so good !!!!

I arrived at 7:40 and they said they close at 8 but I arrived when the two ladies were walking out and they did not care and were rude and didn’t bother to help me.

Not sure who manage this store but is a mess. They called me 4 times last week ask if I could work they gave the part time schedule n since than they disappeared Awful Not sure how is still open.

Drive to the coral gables location. This customer service at this location is absolutely horrible here and they allow customers to yell at each other. The space is too small and they are understaffed and poorly trained. The Cashier / consultant whatever you call her made a mistake in the transaction and overcharged us by 15.00 and instead of apologizing she decided to tell us "it's just x amount of dollars" difference in her mistake instead of owning it and apologizing and trying to resolve the issue. And argued back and forth with us. Then a customer got upset because the mistake was taking too long to resolve so she started berating us. Staff didn't care nor did they try to help the upset customer and couldn't help the current customer resolve the pay issue without going back and forth. Terrible customer service and you may as well shop at Bath and Body Works for the level of customer service they provide. The store does not operate as if it is a luxury brand. Take your money elsewhere this brand has gone downhill.

My favorite South Florida location! The ladies here are very helpful. I over love the soaps, lotions and fragrances. My skin is very sensitive to many fragrances. Most of my products have only consisted of limited items like soaps and homemade products. It wasn’t until a trip Europe that I was introduced to these amazing products. Didn’t even realize there were US locations. I’ve never had the luxury of being able to enjoy a variety of products that agree with my skin until L’Occitane. Forever grateful for my happy place :)

Very good customer service; however, I came in just to buy something small, then was told that if I spend $25 I would get a complimentary gift pouch and products. I thought good, and said my limit is $25. She explained a lot nicely, but tried to convince me to buy products/gift sets that were way out of my budget! And when I thought I reached the $25 requirement for the gift pouch, she held it up and said I had to spend $85 to get it! Although I was happy that she was helpful all along, I felt very disappointed because if she told me $85 in the first place, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and she wouldn’t hers.
