I’ve been buying my LV purse etc. in LV Aventura Mall since 2014 with different Sales associates but Michael is exceptional he’s delivering excellent service 5 star sales associate it’s holiday 12/24 busy days and I arrived at the LV store 5:15 pm On my way inside I was ignored by 3 associates by the door was surprised normally they follow customers and introduce themself. But Michael was in the table just finished assisting other customers And he approached me right away with smile& greeted me how he can help told him not sure I just want something present for myself for Christmas I ask him like 8 purses and watching him he never give me an attitude he just keep doing his job and looking the purse that I really like and offer me the purse that I like he just keep smiling and very helpful Showing me 1 by 1. And explains me which 1 is which for my reference even The store will be closed by 6 pm He said take your time. And think about it I just smiled to him i don’t feel being rush that day I amamazed with his personality he knows how to Deal with difficult customer that very choosy like me finally he let me bought the purse in the end, hats off Michael your 1 of the best asset of LV brand 5 star Sales Associate bravowell appreciated Michael happy Hollydays

Had the worst Louis Vuitton online Christmas shopping experience this year. Went to the Aventura store hoping I would be able to get what I needed as a Christmas gift. They had it! Adriana Diaz was so helpful saw I needed help. She was helping another client but secured me what I needed. While browsing waiting for her to wrap up with another customer the client relations manager was so kind and helped me find a cologne I didn’t even plan on buying. My experience was amazing and this is now my goto store.

I would give 10 stars if I could for my client advisor Chanel Ynoa Luna! I had a very specific request and she was the only one who tried her very best to fulfill my request and she succeeded! I very much recommend her at this store!

Staff is rude and disrespectful. Really disappointed. The staff said “no no no, unfortunately..” even before I finished my sentence. Bought LV wallet there in 2020 and it’s getting smelly, I asked for exchange but staff refused quickly and disrespectfully.

Louis Vuitton, a truly nice place with a welcoming vibe and a staff that goes above and beyond. They assisted us twice with purchases, and each time was a 5-star experience. From start to finish, their service is on the highest level. Worth every penny for the quality and exceptional customer care.

Amazing experience at this location, my client advisor Valeria V. was extremely professional and sweet toward my mom and I. She was honestly amazing from the moment we stepped in the store. I know that my mom and I can be a bit indecisive when it comes to a big purchase but Valeria helped us find the perfect bag and gave us so many suggestions based on our preferences. She's very knowledgeable and very detailed with every item presented to us. Definitively 100% recommend her to anyone who wants an amazing experience at the LV store.

This is by far the worst experience I ever had at a LV store. We usually shop at Bal Harbour boutique which is inside Saks Fifth Ave at BH Shops but also have shopped at other locations worldwide such as Dubai Mall or fifth ave NYC and the sellers have always acted very polite and have been helpful. Nevertheless, at this sketchy location where all the wannabes from Latin America shop the representatives don't give a damn about you browsing their shop, they don't even say "hello" and just overlook you as if you were less than them in some twisted form of way. Me and my wife were even wearing LV shoes from the latest collection but not even for that they recognized us as clients. I was decided to purchase the Le Jour Se Leve perfume and that's why we went in but weren't attended. I guess the tourists have so much money they don't need more clients. I'll take my business elsewhere

Title: Deeply Disappointed in Aventura LV Store's ServiceI'm absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and empathy shown by the team at Louis Vuitton Aventura store.Recently, I took my much-cherished Neverfull bag in for repairs. This bag holds an enormous sentimental value to me, originating from good memories I've attached to it over the years. But, LV store did the unthinkable. They replaced my bag with a new one without consulting me, essentially discarding my treasured piece as insignificant.This is an absolute disgrace. The bag wasn't just an accessory for me but carried significant meaning. The unauthorized replacement is a direct insensitivity towards my attachment for the same.It doesn't end there. I have been trying to get in touch with them for an entire week, hoping for an explanation or at least an apology. Not a single customer service representative had the courtesy to respond, nor have I received an apology email.This is quite frankly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, especially from a reputable brand like Louis Vuitton, renowned for their supposed dedication to customer satisfaction. It’s disheartening how a business of such high repute could disregard customer sentiments and ignore their grievances to such an extent.They have completely disregarded respect for customers, their belongings, and sentiments. Clearly, the Aventura store needs to reevaluate its ethics when it comes to customer service and customer belongings.I hope nobody else has to go through such an unpleasant experience. Therefore, I strongly advise fellow customers to reconsider before trusting them with your treasured belongings.My experience with this Louis Vuitton store has been truly disappointing and disheartening. Definitely a solid one star.

SA staff is judgmental and rude. I was in town for a short while and decided to stop and get a passport holder. I just got my passport and wanted to getting something luxurious for it. My experience at this location was not luxurious. It was judgmental, condescending, and possibly prejudiced. I waited and waited while others were being assisted. One of the security tried to get an SA to help me but the SA ignored security just like the rude miscreant that he is. I was planning to possibly get a bag to go with the passport holder but it’s all good, I’ll go to the LV store by where I live or order online like I did for a previous handbag purchase. Stop judging people by how they look. If I’m in the store asking for an item it’s because I want to purchase something. Incompetent.
