My husband and I visited both Macy's stores at Aventura Mall recently. I bought dress sandals. My husband got a dress shirt. Staff were helpful. We like shopping at Macy's.

I bought a Michael Kors watch at MACY'S Aventura Mall I paid a lot of money for the warranty three months later the watch got wet and water got into it I went to the store to solve the problem and they told me that it was not covered by the warranty that it was only covered for battery change.
I felt cheated.
Before buying at MACY'S I suggest you ask about the guarantee they are paying because today I realized that I threw my money in the trash.
Many times it is better to buy online through Amazon which has a clear and efficient return policy than to spend time going to a local store like MACY'S.
