Disappointed with Product Quality and Customer Service, I purchased a bracelet from this store, and unfortunately, the color started fading shortly after I bought it. When I returned to the store to address the issue, the staff acknowledged that they were aware of this problem but told me there was nothing they could do. They didn't offer to replace the defective bracelet or provide any other solutions.
I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the quality of the product. I wasn’t looking for a refund; I just wanted a working replacement. Sadly, this experience has left me questioning the reliability of the store’s products and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope they improve their product quality and customer service in the future.

Stopped at their kiosk outside of the Zara store on the second floor and the woman who was working the stand didn’t acknowledge me or another customer when we walked up, didn’t ask how she could help or anything. Very rude. Honestly, felt racially motivated.

My one stop jewelry shop! I love this store. I travel from South Miami to Aventura just to go to Mia Jewels , and it's worth it. It's like a museum of jewelry. Every time I go I am in awe of all the unique designs that I don't see anywhere else. I just purchased my holiday gifts there and they had all different price ranges. every time I wear something from Mia I get so many compliments too. I can't wait to go back!
