Terrible Experience with Manager Diego at “Michael Kors” store in “Aventura” Mall, Miami
My recent visit to the “Michael Kors” store “Aventura” mall was extremely disappointing due to the unacceptable behavior of the manager, Diego. DIEGO SHOULD BE FIRED! I have never experienced such a complete lack of customer service, empathy, or basic professionalism. After purchasing a bag, instead of offering a simple thank-you or even basic courtesy, Diego spoke to me rudely and dismissed me with, “Yes, go.”
A manager should enhance the customer experience, not ruin it. Diego showed 0 regard for how he spoke to customers and demonstrated none of the qualities expected from someone in a leadership role. His attitude, tone, and behavior were completely inappropriate, and it left me feeling disrespected and shocked.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable from anyone, especially a manager representing a luxury brand. Michael Kors needs to take this seriously! No customer should ever be treated this way!

I usually shop online in the website, but this time I bought 3 bags in the outlet in dolphin mall, I changed my mind and I decided return on of the bags. So I tried to do it in this location in Aventura mall, they just said no at the first moment when I said the bags were from the outlet store, they never tried to help me o make an exception that I know as a manager. I called to a customer service and they told me they do exceptions in some stores depending of the management, they are able to do it. Aventura location team they are not interested in keeping loyal customers, they don't have a real customer service, I had a very bad experience going there, I don't recommend this place to shop.

I wish I could give this store a zero. I went to return a dress from a big purchase that made for the holidays, and the costumer service was terrible. A Dominican lady explained me the politics which I understand, and I was just deciding which was the best option for us when this other lady Liz which was supposed to be the “manager” was very rude and unprofessional. She never made eye contact with me and was very defensive saying and stating “that is the only thing I can do for you” in a rude and sarcastic way. It took me a minute to process her unprofessionalism. It is incredible this person is in charge of a high prestige store where education and respect must be a priority. I NEVER post anything in reviews, but the situation was SO uncomfortable and disrespectful that I needed to do something about it. We as customers deserve at least respect. I will NEVER come back to this store

I ordered a pair of sneakers on line & when I received them they where a half size to big for me. so i reached out to michael kors in my area and that's when I had experienced the exceptional customer service which was provided by Andres the gentleman on the other end of the phone, i explained my situation & he was totally understandable and suggested that I came to the store in person to see if he can locate the sneaker i wanted in my size, from other stores, Miami, pembroke pines, with no findings i choose a sneaker that was in store that was on sale with an additional 20% off in my size I tried them on and i was satisfied. I once again want to thank Andres ? & staff at michael kors Aventura mall for going above and beyond customer service, I will definitely recommend & i will definitely revisit.

I was at this Michael Kors location and my intention was to try a few items on. I had been to Aventura Mall a few weeks back and was super excited to see they were opening a Michael Kors location at the mall. I went in and tried on a few pieces. I looked over and saw the store clerks were looking at me try on pieces. The happy mood that I had subsided. The energy of the store clerks was palpable. I noticed they took a specific interest in my friend and I while other shoppers came in. Two attendants both intently stared while I tried on different pieces. Even though my friend and I noticed, as the staring persisted, I started to feel uncomfortable. Shortly after, we decided to leave.I've been to other high end stores at the Design District and the clerks were more inviting and willing to help. As excited as I was for this Michael Kors location to open, I no longer intend to return.
