The store is large and has what you need for almost any hobby you can think of. For some more than others.
In my case I was looking for baking items, and I was disappointed by the lack of variety in that area.
I also took one star off because there wasn't a single person in charge to consult. Not even cashiers. There was only self-check-out.

I love Micheal’s and go to diff locations often and it has the best paint items and I’m there all the time. I always get help from the staff who know a-lot about paint and all the products. Recently though the store in aventura is lacking staff and I walked through the whole store and only found one employee by the framing section. This happened the past few times and is very unfortunate.

It's a great place to get ideas if you have a school project for your child, it's pretty much a one stop shop, but the prices are outrageous to me, if you don't mind hopping from one place to another, check out the dollar store in addition .
