  We were served by Joshua in the women’s shoe department of the Aventura store today. 3rd July 2025. He did an excellent job and as a result I bought a pair of on running trainers. He had Great customer service and product knowledge. The best service we’ve received in the US to date. We’re here on holiday from the UK so was great to receive. Thank you Joshua.

  Poor customer service. Worst customer service actually!
  My friend wanted to try a dress and the sales lady was so rude that my friend didn’t try the dress. She just wanted to leave. Not the first time by the way, is like the employees there feel superior in some way.
  They look at you and judge you from the bottom to the top without knowing you. Not good. We have enough to buy what we please; so, we did buy somewhere else thanks to your “sales person”.
  Make sure to train your employees to be kind and treat everyone equally so your store does not lose more customers.

  I must express my appreciation for this delightful store. I have found that it offers a truly wonderful selection of clothing. Furthermore, I have observed that this particular location is notably superior to the other locations, especially when compared to the Nordstrom in Charlotte, NC. This location has a better sale and better selection . Highly recommend.
