Went to buy a pair of frames and Kelly who had help me with my last pair assisted me again. She is very knowledgeable patient and delivers awesome customer service. I asked her about a frame I liked. When I left she contacted me and email the quote. Now that is customer service ? ? ?.

I am a loyal Oakley customer with 8 pairs of their sunglasses, but my recent visit to the Oakley store was very disappointing. I went there to replace scratched lenses, and despite the store being empty, they took forever to assist me. They didn't have any replacement lenses in stock, and after checking other stores, they found none either. Worst of all, they didn't offer any alternatives or solutions. It felt like they didn't care about their customers at all. Very frustrating experience.

I had a great experience buying a pair of polarized sunglasses for my nephew. The sales associate and store manager were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us find the perfect pair. I highly recommend this store and the brand.

I just purchased prescription sunglasses from Oakley Store. The customer service was amazing. My first time with progressive glasses and they were so helpful. This is the place to go for prescription or regular sunglasses.

The employee Sofia was super friendly and attentive to me and because she speaks Portuguese she helped me a lot, all the other employees were also very helpful, I recommend the store for Brazilians who don't speak English!!
