Came in to cash a check issued to me as a refund from the bank. They asked for my bank card and ID which I gave them, then had me wait while they chatted on in front of me whether they could cash it or not. Finally with a fake smile she says we can deposit it and you'll have it in a few days. Yeah duh!!! I can do that from any ATM or my phone.?I came in to CASH my CHECK not deposit. As I left I received the most dead and fakest have a good day I've ever heard.

Sheghura Garcia and I had a wonderful interaction at PNC in Aventura today. As a walk-in client, she answered all of my inquiries with amazing kindness and patience. My faith in PNC has been restored by her exceptional service and attention to detail, and I'm happy I stuck with this bank. I'm grateful to Sheghura for the wonderful banking experience I had!

Customer service is horrible I advise to never go to this branch management does poor work at communicating proper information horrible horrible horrible branch PNC should look into it's employees because I would never step a foot ?? in that PNC again

Came in because PNC issued me a refund check.. because they were charging me overdraft fees. A lot of overdraft fees. So I get to the branch reference cashing the checkAnd only the Manager Marisol can help. Only problem is Marisol is not at the branch. Marisol is late to work. Meanwhile I'm late to work trying to cash a bogus check that PNC sent me.I need Corporate to get involved & teach this branch better business practices. I WILL BE REPORTING YOU ALL TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION & THE BETTER BUSINESSES BEAUREAI CAN NOW UNDERSTAND WHY YOU HAVE BUSINESSES/ BRANCHES SHUTTING DOWN ALL ACROSS THE COUNTRY THIS IS SCARY FOR CUSTOMERS. AND THE UNPROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF SERVICE THIS BRANCH IS PRESENTING IS BEYOND HORRIBLE.I WISH I HAD THE LUXURY OF BEING LATE TO WORK ??

I did a $3000 cash deposit at this PNC branch and it never showed up in my bank account. Took me a month to realize it so I no longer had the receipt. I filed a police report. Camera footage was requested for the county detective to review but the bank would not cooperate and said I was never there. Probably to save themselves and employee from a lawsuit.

I didn't want to apply for a credit card, but the representative I had told me about all the perks on this new pnc cc, and I was already approved for it. He filled out the application for me online, told he would call me with the credit line information, but never called and would not take my calls. Wow

I dislike laziness I came to open a business account only to be told no walk ins I ask to speak with branch manager do to the fact that online portal won’t let me book an appointment and I’ve been trying for two weeks to get this done I waited almost an hour no help all while the guy who told me I needed a appointment actually sat idol at his desk the entire time I waited and please note that the hostess had to argue with him about not doing any work before he agreed to see me. So that exchange of words between the employees brought to my attention that he didn’t want to work and told me I needed an appointment I hope they get a business accountant that doesn’t mind working very dissatisfied with the customer service

They are very rude waited a long time to be assisted when asked why it was taking so long lady was rude and they took many other people before me when I was waiting for longer and they denied me the bathroom and I’m pregnant

Absolutely amazing. Kindest people on Earth working here! Very polite and helpful. Oh yeah there were no lines at all. What a wholesome experience
