Horrible customer service !Horrible management !Guest concerns are not taken seriously or handled with urgency !I came into branch on Friday April 13th before 4 pm closing time..The experience was horrible from the beginning.Teller Gabriela before greeting me, had noone in her line and then told me to see another teller. Seemed like she was more concerned about ending her shift.Once I collected the deposit slips needed , Gabriela then had to tend to me as the other teller was occupied.I was then told I had to help straighten the bills to insert into machine, to speed up transaction ;felt rushed.Shortly after assisting teller straightening bills, the money was inserted into the machine before me being able to count my funds. I then proceeded to tell teller that I didn't count my money and I wanted it removed from the machine. Gabriela went on back and forth for a few seconds and advised this can't be completed and the machine is always accurate. ..It was then escalated to where a supervisor had to get involved.Everyone then stood around me watching me count my money to the point where I had to advise I felt uncomfortable.Now after the horrible bank experience; now my funds were not deposited after 2 weeks.You bring concerns to management , (Fernando on duty) but their lunch breaks are more important than handling a very important matter .Please do not waste your time if you have to complete any transaction to Puerto Rico or virgin islands as its not guaranteed your funds will be processedThen they will tell you they are not able to assit as it's two separate branches.I feel targeted and like my money was stolen, and a claim will be filed . Do not waste your time at this aventura banco branch!!**update- they answer every call I make from a 305 or landline number. I've contacted 4 times from my virgin island number, and there is no answer***4.27 .22 updateStill no responses to email Inquires sent which has bank Manger Fernando, bank supervisor lina and teller Gabriela.Then teller Gabriela then illegally shares photos of account to another holder not listed on the account.Staff rather knowing I've contacted many times to get answers or updates doesn't followup with me , but illegally shares information

Very nice staff polite luxury bank clean it looks different than a bank you feel like your in a luxury travel place the staff amazing recommend this for your bank...or if you want to change your check it's only $5 fee if you don't bank with Popular Bank witch is not bad at all...

This is without a doubt the best bank in Broward and Dade county! I have been banking with Popular Bank since 2007 and I have only had the best experiences. When I walk in, most people know me by name, and there is NEVER a wait. If a line forms, bankers will get up from their desks and help attend to all of their customers, knowing that most of us have to get back to work. Also - I highly recommend them for their home loan programs. They are on top of their game with competitive rates and white glove service.
