Really great Publix in Aventura across from the mall. Very interesting too, the garage is underneath and the grocery store is on the second floor. The place was clean, well stocked and the staff was very attentive 👍

Purchased a gift card from this publix as a gift, gave the gift card to the person only to find out that the actual card number had been scratched off, and person was unable to use it. Went to publix to make a claim. I didnt have the original receipt but they were able to find the transaction and saw the purchase of the gift card(they showed me and it clearly said visa gift card purchase). Left my information and had not received any update. It’s been close to a month with no response so went to speak with a manager. They mentioned that they denied the claim. I paid $75 for the card and they aren’t able to tell me why it was denied. Do better Publix and make sure the gift cards are not able to be tampered with. If I could give zero stars I would!
